I dealt with a wonderful person named Ladonna. I was not satisfied with the glasses I purchased and she was so patient with me until I was completely satisfied. I had to purchase another pair and she was so kind and helpful and above all patient with me. I highly recommend Hindsight and especially Ladonna.

I went in for an eye exam to start wearing contacts and the staff was so helpful. I was nervous but they walked me through the best way to put them on and helped me practice. I've been coming here for years and the eye exams themselves have been getting better. The exams are super comfortable now; no more blowing air into the eyes or placing drops in the eyes. I will continue to work with Oculus for my eye care and recommend others to.

I have mixed feelings on leaving this review. The manager and Dr. Chung (believe that the doctors name) are great. However, I had to get two exams before they finally got it right by two different doctors. When I picked up my glasses the first time, I felt like I was inconveniencing the rep and wasn't given the necessary information regarding progressive glasses. Which was much needed since it was my first time wearing them. The rep also lied about information that was given to me. Nonetheless, because of Dr. Chung (?) and the OM, I will return.

The staff is always efficient and friendly. Dr Day is very knowledgeable and open to questions.

My mom had a wonderful visit. The staff is super friendly. They were wonderful with my mom. The glasses selection was great. The doctor was extremely professional and patient. The office runs very efficiently and we were in and out in 1.5 hrs.

I have been seeing Dr Mark Cannon for Contact lens and Eye examination for past 3 years. He is very knowledgeable and professional and answer's all my questions patiently. Glad to receive good vision care under him.

My 5 year old son developed strabismus due to one of his eyes being stronger than the other. Dr. Grin prescribed patching the strong eye for a time to correct this and also prescribed his eye glasses. Worked like a charm! She is very thorough in her exams as well, experienced and knowledgeable.

I've seen Dr. Deane for over a decade and I love her. She is a wonderful, personable doctor who addresses my eye issues and listens to my preferences when appropriate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Graves for many years and have been very satisfied with his care and expertise. My cataract surgeries have been VERY successful. There is a long wait however for a routine care app't.

Not enough doctors for the number of patients. Excessively long wait times because of the lack of doctors.
