Dr. Tran and her staff are professional, detail, friendly. I am happy with their service, especially walk-in friendly.

I have been long time customer at Manhattan Beach Vision Group. I can’t describe how friendly and caring the staff is. I have always had such a experience with getting my eyes checked, getting glasses and other eye care. Paul is super helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Kajioka for 20 years. He is very good at finetuning my prescription. His office is very efficient and the Staff are like friends. I haven’t had any problems with my eyeglasses being made through their office. They help in frame selection and the frames are great quality. I highly recommend him and his office.

I had an overall horrible experience here, the optometrist not only forced me to get contacts through him, but he also ordered me the wrong brand, as well as the right eye not being my correct prescription, as he okayed them for my use, they would deteriorate my vision. It didn’t become a big deal until his dishonest staff tried bugging me about more contacts, eventually harassing me through text.

Friendly and helpful staff. The office is also very new and clean. I appreciated Dr. Vargas and the staff being patient and helping my parents through their new patient appointment. Dr. Vargas really took the time to do the exam thoroughly and ended with great referrals and recommendations. Highly recommended!

Very warm welcoming from the customer service reps. The doctor makes you feel at home. Also helps you understand your vision with glasses or contacts and without. I recommend anyone in the area to go to this location for great service. Will definitely make this a yearly visit.

I went to the office back in May after I have delivered my baby. It wasfor glasses prescription. I was checked and they couldn't determine my "sight". Dr. Rifkin said I should come after 3mo because pregnancy can change it and it would be better to wait it to normalize until after 3mo of delivery. Oh well, now I had an apt for today only to come and realize they have canceled it because I need a new referral. It seems like they used the previous one even though I didn't get any prescription or information on my eyes status. They also has rescheduled me and I didn't even know nor which day nor what time. So what is 3months let's wait a week or so more. Hopefully my insurance will let me use another referral else I will be left with the blurred vision. The staff is kind and Dr. Rifkin seems professional otherwise. Will update the review after my next visit.

If you value your vision and want to have your concerns addressed, do not see this provider. My husband saw him for the first and last time today. Very dismissive and seems as if it’s a bother to see you. Never even looked at his eyes. The office staff did all of the work. They were very caring and professional. This provider, however, was not. Don’t waste your time with him, as he makes you feel as if he’s wasting his time with you. Metrohealth can do so much better. We love all of the doctors we see there, except this one.

This is probably the best vision place Ive been to. I had an appointment and I was taken in right away. Dr Julie does the exams fast and listen to my questions and concerns. I was in and out of there in under 20 min. All the staffs there are very professional and friendly. Booking appointments over the phone is super easy as well. The office is small but not crowded. My only wish is that I wish there's a way to book appointments online or via email.

Wonderful doctor...awesome staff. Kind, compassionate, traditional care...no long waits...state of the art & innovative. I strongly recommend!!!! They even answer their own phones! No recordings! Amazing....!!!!
