I first went to see Dr. Rios when my eyes were not tolerating contacts. My previous optometrist, while he was very good, was unable to help my condition and I was unable to wear contacts. At my first visit with Dr. Rios, I knew I had hope. He had some new and innovative ideas, and after following his suggestions, my problem resolved, and allowed me to wear contacts again for the first time in a year. That was several years ago, and I have been his satisfied patient ever since. Most recently, I had a pair of glasses break. I thought it would be several days before I would be able to get them fixed. To my surprise, I was able to go into the office that same day, and in 15 minutes I had new frames, and I was wearing eyeglasses again. Dr. Rios stays up-to-date on the most current research, technology, and treatment techniques. I would never consider going anywhere else.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Doctor Grayson was also very friendly understanding and very professional explaining everything that he was doing and everything that he was seeing and explain his diagnosis to me in detail. I would definitely refer any family members or friends to doctor Grayson

Whole staff went above and beyond for me. Some how my glasses got were damage le by some droplets of chemical not even a month from when I bought them. They were kind and very helpful in exchange the lenses at no cost. Thank you for your help this was a very big burden for me.

They sold me a cheap pair of frames...Flexon...$35, everywhere else online...and charged me $350, on top of what my insurance paid. I know, I got the scratch protection and they were progressives, but when I said "hey, that's a lot of money in addition to my insurance coverage", the lady said "those are $1500 glasses!". I should have listened to my instincts, and just left. They don't give you the full prescription, either, just some of the numbers. For example, they don't include the PD when they give you the printout of your prescription. So, the glasses work, and everyone was friendly, but they absolutely will gouge your checkbook. I was so disappointed at the borderline criminal price-gouging that I cancelled my eye insurance, and vowed never, ever to use this place ever again. Buyor beware, you will be slaked over the coals at this place.

This is the only eye doctor I will take my kids to. Kathrine is always super friendly and helps in any way she can. The doctor is very professional and will explain any concerns you may have. We've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Dr Freidl is as easy going as a ray of sunshine on an easy Sunday morning! She is friendly yet professional and her dedication to you as her top priority is exceptional. Gets the job done and treats you with kindness and respect. Her Staff supports her and you at all times. She is an amazing eye physician ♥️
