I drive 40 minutes every 2 years just to get seen by this doctor. . He is excellent, highly knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, professional and very patient . His demeanor makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend him.

The office staff and Dr. Phillips were fantastic! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Phillips was kind and had great bedside manners. I felt confident in my eye care given here, and the eye wear selection was great! Very nice displays. The whole office was clean, organized, and nicely decorated for fall. I have taken my mother to Dr. Thompson for years. He does provide excellent service, and the staff is professional and courtesy. But the wait time is extremely terrible. We get to the appointment at least 30 minutes or more prior to the appointment and still have to wait over a hour to be seen. For people who have health issues where they can't sit long imposes more health problems.🙁

Jennifer was great. She was able to put a new screw in my glasses that had fallen out. She also adjusted them to fit my head perfectly. The team there is nice and friendly and we're able to give me some practical tips for keeping my eyes healthy. I could not be more impressed with what they did. I'm very thankful for them.

Dr Kapur is great. Friendly staff and pretty efficient. Very attention to detaol. If you want the best call the best, call Dr. Kapur!

After finding out my usual eye doctor is no longer covered by EyeMed. I had to switch. I found Advanced Family EyeCare on 69th & Western and let me tell you, BEST decision ever! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was genuinely happy to see me, extremely relatable and I already felt any stress or anxiety melt away. Next, the guy came to get me to do the eye tests. He was so warm and welcoming and kept saying how grateful he was that I chose them when I could have picked any other place my insurance took. He was fun and bubbly and that part went to easily as well. I saw the doctor next and she was very kind. She explained the results of all the testing they did. She answered all my questions. She gave me options and reassured me everything looked great. When she was done, she walk with me to get the last person I met with on whether or not I wanted glasses. This lady was another great experience! She wasn’t pushy on selling me glasses or the extras, she was just informative and seemed grateful to get to help. They are all just genuinely happy and helpful and make you feel like its your birthday! Ha! Normally I dread going to dr appointments but this one felt, almost like I was pampered. Amazing service!

Dr. Lee is by far one of the best if not the best in Wichita. His service and patience is amazing. I would definitely recommend him at 100% 12/13/22 update I refuse to go to any other doctor! Doctor Lee is amazing! Don't doubt scheduling with Doctor Lee he is wonderful recommend him at +100%! He has been my eye doctor for many many years!

Amazing service!!! I have been coming here for years and always recommend this place. The girls that work there are the best and so helpful. And their selection is incredible. Thank you Alta Vista for always going above and beyond.

I was NOT greeted warmly by the receptionist. No smile, no friendly greeting. I told her my name, 30 seconds later she asked again. Not a pleasant experience at all. I was called into the office promptly and the lady doing the preliminary exam was wonderful as usual. She’s indeed a credit to your practice. The assistant, student doctor and Dr Shifren were excellent. I was a patient at McCormick Eye Center and Dr Johnson was the best. Thanks for taking care of my family and me.

The staff very courteous and professional as usual. My first visit with Dr. Lister was exceptional; he was very professional, personable and I didn’t feel hurried, he took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Very good visit.
