Dr. Sasaki is good in explaining things and giving you the time you need. That being said there is a wait time. When you show up on time you will still have to wait. The front desk staff ..I m not sure how long their lunch is ..But they don't answer phones sometimes for 2 hours. Additionally, I feel that the front desk staff is not on top of it ..They forget things or they tell you things that turn out to be wrong. Best to double check what ever the front desk say just to make sure .

I was really nervous about going to a new doctor. I was Amazed at the quality of professionalism each of the staff showed. They were kind and personable. I felt they really cared about my eye health and well being. I didn't feel rushed at all. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this Excellent practice to anyone who demands nothing but the Best!

My visit was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and gery attentive. One of the technicians in the back, a Miss Sheree, was very helpful and went out of her way to see that I was taken care of. Definitely 5 star service ma'am. I recommend to anyone needing their eyes checked, please see these guys. They show you why it's really America's Best

Dr. J. Jhajj is an amazing Doctor! She is very knowledgeable and great with kids. My son has definite results after therapy with Dr. Jhajj. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Osterloh is so nice and Jennifer and the entire staff are amazing! Best Optometrist experience of my life. I would highly recommend this team. My previous Dr. that I had been going to for years missed two critical diagnosis that explains why my vision has been getting worse with no correction. He created a plan and we're executing on it now.
