Great service and very knowledgeable staff. They helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses for my face shape

As a doctor, I have seen every type of clinic. This one is top notch. The staff are all well trained and greet you with a smile. I was treated by Dr. Brian Kim and his staff. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and gentle when he examines you. It was very comforting to know that he did not have any major concerns. However, if I ever need something more, I will trust Harvard Eye and Dr. Kim. Shout out to Alexander who used no fewer than 5 high tech machines to scan every part of the inside and outside of my eye. It is great to know that Dr. Kim and his team use the best in technology to make apples to apples comparisons about my eye condition and that we are not guessing about my most valuable asset (my vision).

I love this shop! I have yet to buy glasses from them (just got my first cheapo pair last year) but plan to visit them when I upgrade to progressive frames! Why the review you might ask? I've wandered into this shop twice, half blind, broken glasses in hand. Each time Dana the proprietress fixed them for free, refused to take my money, called me "neighbor" and implored me to come back anytime. "Mensch" doesn't begin to describe this woman! The customer service and over all warm inviting feeling at Medford Optical can't be beat! I'll be back and next time I'll spend some money, promise! :)))) Thanks again!

Doctor Ocran and her assistant made my appointment just a wonderful experience. Both were kind and patient that made me feel listened to and cared for. I’m looking forward to the surgery after it was explained to me so well after my examination. Thank you for the great visit! David

I have been to Inland Eye Specialist before for cataract surgery and came out with excellent vision and I went back for a ck up and the service was fantastic and everyone there were polite and professional. The nurse helped me understand what she was doing and Dr. Tee explained everything that he was doing and what I wanted to know in terms I could easily understand. I recommend them to anyone who needs great eye exam.

Dr's. Pollet and Hand are excellent, patient professionals. The support staff is incredible. Wonderfully patient while helping to find the best way to use insurance benefits. Great selection of Eyewear. Wish they had a sale section.

This office visit was one of the best experiences we have had with our children. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Groves was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. We are so glad to find a doctor who honestly loves what they do and care about their patients. 10/10 would highly recommend
