She did my cataract surgery. Excellent service. Very happy with results.

My eye exams were done very thoroughly by a very knowledgeable, experienced and caring person named Ruby. She took care to make sure I was comfortable. She did so many tests on my eyes that I had never had before. Then, I saw Dr. Cassidy and he explained everything about the different types of surgery I could have. He explained what the outcome would be with each type of surgery. All the staff was very good, especially Gina. Thank you so much.

First impressions are paramount. The receptionist had the nastiest attitude ever. Will never come back.

Vision Works on N. Monroe St. is a great place to get your glasses. William is always eager to help and is a pleasure to work with. Their prices are competitive and the workmanship is great. I highly recommend!

Fantastic Optometrist! Dr. Abelson took his time with me, explained everything to me so that I could understand, and his fees are so good! Clean office and tons of eye glass choices to choose from.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming, Dr Park is a great Dr. She is easy to talk to, you can ask her any questions and she's happy to take her time with you. I am definitely going to be seeing Dr Park again.

Dr. Thames and her whole staff is always professional, kind, and helpful! She was excellent for my pre and post eye surgery appointments and care. I appreciate that check checks the health of my eyes in addition to the standard vision check. I also LOVE the sunglasses and blue blockers that I purchased there!

Well, you get what you pay for. America's Best offers the among the lowest prices for contact lens exams, with 3 years of contact exams for $99 (you need to go every year anyways to get your prescription renewed), and 2 pairs of glasses for as low as 30 bucks a pair with a free exam. The sales associates are always very nice and helpful, but the eye doctor is extremely ... efficient. If you like zero small talk during the exam, then this is the perfect doctor for you. There usually is a bit of a wait, but again Milwaukee is a very densely populated city. They take both walk in appointments and scheduled appointments. But hey, the worst part about the place is still the puff of air you get in the eyes during the glaucoma test, so that's a win in my book.

The first year I followed my previous eye doctor to Levins in Perry Hall and then followed her to the Parkville location. My previous doctor is no longer with Levin, so I switched doctors and Dr. Le is great. The doctors are amazing at this location, but the front staff are the worst front staff of any eye doctors office that I have ever experienced. The first year going to the Parkville location, the front staff quoted me three different prices for contract lenses. Last year, they ordered me the wrong lenses. So I called and let them know they ordered the wrong lenses and I would like to speak to Dr. Le. Never did I receive a return call. So this location owes me lenses and I won't be returning back to this location.

Dr. Amy Crissman Head has been my optometrist for about 15 years. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every exam is thorough, and each time I leave her office I feel confident that I just received the best eye care I could have gotten anywhere. Dealing with the entire staff at The Hills Eyecare and Optical is aways a pleasurable experience.
