If I could 0 stars I would. Each time my elderly mother and I went it was a more than 2 hr wait. This is inexcusable. I want to bill them for my time. I want people to know that IF you chose to go you might as well forget your whole day or afternoon. Completely unacceptable!

Had an absolutely amazing first experience here. I’d previously used Chester Eye Care and they completely blew them out of the water. The people were so nice and they had some pretty advanced technology that made the experience even more smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Dr Frye is phenomenal! He take the time to listen to concerns and answer any questions I have in a clear and understandable way. He even did additional testing for me this time after listening to my concerns. The staff at the office are all very friendly and knowledgeable as well! Happy to continue going back!

I had both my eyes done by them. I thought everyone was so nice and educated. I was so scared to have my eyes operated on and they were so reassuring and kind to me. EVEN, the eye surgeon when i was ready for surgery and freaked out when they went to clamp my eye lid up. So calm and nice. Highly recommend May I also say that I have had bad eye site and wore glasses all my life. Bifocals since around 40. I can see so clear now, I don't wear glasses except for bifocals now. So appreciative of that!!

Absolutely nasty. Dust and dirt everywhere. Went to the bathroom. Trash over flowing, pee on the toilet seat, poop on the back of the toilet where the toilet paper sits. Better off peeing outside. 🤣 …

Couldn't ask for any better service, staff was great,no waiting went through like clock work. Surgery was painless, no problems afterwards. Very pleased with my results on my vision. Will go back,strongly recommend Eye Specialist of Ohio

I recently had a new patient exam with Chillicothe eye care (Dr. Ritchie) and I am very happy I went to them. All of the staff was very polite and organized. The wait time was only a couple of minutes. The staff seemed to give me their undivided attention and made me feel like I was the priority. They were not rushed and they listened to all of my concerns. Dr. Ritchie was thorough and explained everything in detail. Plus, I was not charged or given unnecessary test just so they could get extra money out of me or my insurance. I had such a pleasant experience and it was very refreshing to be a patient in such a fantastic environment. I would absolutely recommend to everyone in search of an eye Dr.

The office was nicely appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful! Dr. Ritchie was very competent and thorough, used up to date equipment to aid in diagnosing my eyes, answered all my questions and I felt extremely at ease. My husband and I were very happy with our first appointment, and thankful we chose Chillicothe Eye Care as our local optometrist!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! Office was very nice and clean, and great selection of frames. The exam was very thorough, and Dr. Ritchie was fanatic. She took her time, and there was very little wait time! I was also impressed with the cost of my eyewear……..I got two pair of great quality prescription glasses for under $600.00 (one pair with insurance deducted).
