Dr Reed and her staff are amazing and so helpful. I had an issue with sunglasses I bought, I caused the issue, and Michy helped resolve the issue quickly and I had them back in just a few days. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Dopkiss Eyecare for getting me scheduled within 2 hours of calling on Monday had floaters in my right eye which started Thursday October 19th. The floaters started giving me eye strain. Dr. Megan Young who was very kind checked my eye very thoroughly and saw the floaters and saw that I had an issue with my retina who was very concerned and said you need to see a specialist right away which she scheduled an appointment with Midwest Retina for checkup in the next hour. My wife drove me there and the doctor saw I had a detached Retina which they did emergency scheduling for next morning. Surgery was done on Wednesday October 25th. I want to thank the person who answered the phone and Dr. Young for saving my vision which I could have been blind if they did not act so urgently. I am now recovering which can take several weeks.

Disappointed in the way they handled a missed appointment. In the past 6 years of going to them, we would receive a notification of an upcoming appointment. We missed the only appointments we have ever missed because their system did not send out reminders. We were charged $140 for the appointments. When my wife called to ask for any leniency, she was treated like they didn't care and that it was her fault for missing, while they also admitted that their system did not provide any reminders this time around. Ultimately, we are technically responsible and that is understood. The fact that they provided no grace after going there for years tells me something about the services they are providing. I have also had to go back for the first time in my life because they got the prescription wrong a few years ago. I didn't complain then, but since I'm already disappointed in how they treated us I figured that I might as well memorialize it here. It's unfortunate that we had to leave on these bad terms, but lack of any kind of understanding is the reason for the bad review. They are seemingly nice people as far as I could tell by the times I have been there, just don't rely on their notification system.

Dr. Toni Reed and her staff are unbelievably kind and do their utmost to make sure patients feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs. Top notch!

Michie did an outstanding job helping to solve my problem. It is very unusual to find someone that is willing to correct the problem without hesitation and for that Complete Family Eyecare has my business in the future.
