Never had an issue here. Was reading some of the comments below about insurance and employees. Never been my experience on both counts. Be rest assured, if there were employee issues there before, they are no longer there now. Service is great, attitudes are professional - very patient and helpful. My wife and I have been here several times. I choose this care over VA care (I am a Veteran).

Felt she did a good job. My glasses were good prescription wise and have not fallen apart like other ones I got. I was very sick in January and knew my prescription was not strong enough. She picked up on immediately without me telling her. Her office staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Dr. Elrich was very nice and thorough! Office staff was kind and helpful and knew what my insurance provided without even looking it up! Had an issue with a trial pair of contacts and called about it. Brandy said to just swing by and they would give me a new one and they had it ready and waiting for me when I got there!

I went to 2 different Dr's and couldn't figure out what was wrong and why my eyes were breaking out and swollen the last 7 months. I was told to go see Patty and she knew exactly what was wrong with my eyes and after she told me what to do I could already see results the very next morning!

My eye Dr retired during covid so I had to find someone to take over my eye health. I am now with Dr Patty Haller and cannot say enough good things about her and her amazing staff. The professionalism and care that they give is beyond measure.

Everyone in the office and especially Dr. Haller took the time to give me excellent care, answer questions, and help me find just the right pair of glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Haller.

Amazing doc. And all of staff member were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know and my loved ones!

If I could 0 stars I would. Each time my elderly mother and I went it was a more than 2 hr wait. This is inexcusable. I want to bill them for my time. I want people to know that IF you chose to go you might as well forget your whole day or afternoon. Completely unacceptable!

Great nurses and doctors. Show much respect for their patients. Cheerful environment. Not a long wait at all before called back to be seen.
