I've been going here for years. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. What more can you ask for?

I couldn't of had a better experience. If I could rate above a 5, i would. I was in a complete bind. Traveling from out of town on a business trip and left my glasses on the plane. I stopped in that morning and the entire staff was great. They assisted in every way and was able to get me new glasses within a couple hours. I want to thank James and Dr. Lam for everything. If I lived in San Francisco, this would be my go to place.

I have gone to Colorado Eye Care for years and find the entire staff to be terrific!

Lynn took care of my son in a professional and extremely caring manner. She answered questions, that we didn’t even know we had, and therefore helped us a great deal! She repaired my son’s glasses that were broken in a basketball game, so he would have something to wear, until his new glasses are ready, and she got us an appointment, after realizing that his prescription had expired… Best of all she changed our appointment, after suggesting that we come here to see Dr. Ross, instead of waiting two months for our regular ophthalmologist… Because she noticed that we were a few days away from having insurance cover the new glasses. Thank you Lynn and thank you vision center for helping us so thoroughly.

I just had lasik done by Dr. Sean Sumsion, and it was hands down the best experience with a doctor ever! His staff was also amazing and professional. Dr was very thorough, explained the whole process to me every step of the way. He made sure to take time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I knew exactly what to expect because he prepped me for everything. It's not often you find a doctor these days that cares as much as Dr Sumsion does. He was literally as excited about my sight as I was! I would recommend him a million times! Dont go anywhere else for lasik, this is the place for a true professional and awesome doctor! Thanks for everything!

Dr Kaur was Amazing she was attentive and gave a thorough examination. The staff was very friendly and the office is beautiful.

Dr Martin and their staff are wonderful. Knowledgeable, caring, helpful and I never feel like I'm being rushed out. I would give the highest recommendation to them. Plus Dr Martin is a Veteran, and they can never receive enough credit.

This was my first time using America's Best. I will recommend them to my family and friends. They all were very helpful and nice. Jon helped with getting my neww frames and he was very helpful and patient with me, I appreciate that kind of customer service greatly..

Beware! They sneaked the one year protection plan on me without even asking me!! When I asked them to remove it they pulled out all the stops to not let that happen! Saying I would lose all the Macy star money that I earned from the purchase since they would have to cancel the whole transaction ($345) and recharge me the new amount minus the plan ($35) instead of just crediting me back $35. And they said they would take back the $50 bonus that I had since they claimed I had to buy glasses with protection plan in order to qualify for $50 but in fact the bonus coupon that I used had NO such indication. And they needed the manger to process the cancellation and he was not in and I was told to go back on another day when he would be in. They purposely made the cancellation process so difficult so one would give up and suck up the cost. First time doing business at this location and definitely the last. Very frustrating experience. I may even return the glasses all together. Dishonest retailer and would NOT recommend.
