This doctor is new to me but I've been a patient at the firm for many years. Very efficient, capable operation. All of the staff is very helpful and the clinical people are well skilled and attentive to patient's needs. Doc was great -- very thorough and helpful. I endorse the practice and recommend their services!

First, let me start by saying that Dr. Nolan and his staff are very accommodating. He gives a very thorough exam and answers questions you may have in a way that is easy to comprehend. I highly recommend Dr. Nolan, but be advised that it could take over a month to get an appointment with him. I had one major issue with his practice, however. As a new patient, I feel that I should have been informed ahead of time that if I wear contacts, and needed to have my contact prescription renewed, I would have to make a separate appointment to see somebody else in the office, and that there would be an additional charge of $125 for that exam that insurance does not cover. When I called to schedule the appointment for my contact lenses, I was told that I would have to bring a copy of my medical records from the last doctor who prescribed me contact lenses. My question is if I’m going to go to my last eye doctor to obtain copies of my medical records which I’m going to have to pay for anyhow, why wouldn’t I just order my contacts while I’m there? Once again, Dr. Nolan himself is a fabulous ophthalmologist. Hopefully someday soon, he will read think the contact lens policy.

As always everything from the start was a great experience when I first walked into the store! Following the greeting and then actually shopping around and getting feedback and recommendations on the glasses I choose was well beyond my expectations and the way I received superior customer service. I will definitely be back for years to come! Thank You!

I have been coming here since 2022. Dr. g is phenomenal but his office staff is rude and disrespectful.

This place is nice, the staff are very kind, if you pick the right time same day options are available. Frames are either super basic $20-50 or $150-300. But for contacts its very nice, prices are pretty low(on average with most online retailers). I even lost my paper prescription and one call away they sent me an email PROMPTLY. I LOVE IT. I've been going here off and on for 7 years, they don't disappoint.

Dr Megan is wonderful, the facility is bright, lots of natural light in the front of the facility but the one thing I noticed Justin did not mean the machines before we used them . Lens Crafters under Dr Medlin always cleaned even before covid.

Seen good and bad reviews but in my experience, they met all my expectations. Visit, few issues with their computers but didn't wait long. Up to date equipment, able to perform the standard eye exam, along with the review of my optic disc/nerve, retina and lens since I am diabetic. Doctor Frey, explained my symptoms and addressed all my questions without being in a rush. Knowledgable and experienced. Glasses, ordered a thin frame, lens fit the frame. Was told at the previous optometrist that my lens would be too thick for the frame I wanted. Ordered computer glasses with bifocals for reading, but the lens make the transition from the computer to reading without the traditional bifocals. Sleek and in love with my new glasses. Prescription is on point, clear vision. Price, slightly higher in cost, but for the expertise, the service justifies the cost. Great office staff, found my optometrist.

The nurses have always been super nice, got my glass in a week early and just overall great experience, only reason I removed a star as with out insurance it can be quite pricey but that with most medical services

Both of the doctor Wong’s were extremely knowledgeable and had awesome interactions with both my fiancé and myself. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so!
