Excellent care and Dr Rosati is very thorough!

I love Dr. Forester. We recently moved back to OKC and I couldn’t wait to get back to this office. I completely trust the care I will receive and the staff are very courteous and considerate.

Quick once I got in, but a long wait beforehand. The Doctor was very friendly and helpful. I can't read the handwriting to understand my prescription.

Great place! Helped me with an emergency eye infection and set me up with contacts annually. Not my favorite selection of glasses. Still use eye dialation, which my last eye doctor said was made unnecessary due to new technology, cameras, equipment, etc.

Jean is the best in the business. She cares deeply for her customers and is a pleasure to be around!

Got my glasses there twice now. Going for a third year

I had a great experience when I visited vision essentials from Dr. Schwartz’s great care going to the vision center and being greeted by Florence, who was very helpful in picking out my glasses . Florence was very helpful in picking out my glasses and made me feel very comfortable and happy with my decision. Absolutely great customer service. thank you Florence for your help

Rude front staff. Also, they took almost 2 weeks to get my son’s glasses and never called when they were ready for pick up. Had to call multiple times to check on status of the glasses. Also, for some reason when I called, they said they accept my insurance and later charged me more than my insurance co pay and provided no explanation for not accepting my insurance.

My appointment was at 2:30. Was called back at 3:10. Dental assistant was very professional. After she dilated my eyes, had to return to waiting room for them to dilate. Approximately 30 minutes later was called back to see Dr. Roberts. He was thorough and very professional. Left at 4:25 pm. I was not offered sun glasses and I forgot to ask. I remembered as soon as I started to drive. Had trouble seeing, but made it home safely. My eyes were still dilated when I went to bed at 9:30pm. Tests showed my eyes were normal.Highly recommend. Dr. Roberts has beenmy opthmalogist for years .

The staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. They went out of their way to quickly assist my sight compromised 89 yr old mother with repairs on her frames multiple times. I recommend them highly. It’s not often now a days to get such good customer service with a smile.
