I was seen at my appointment time, as usual. First I was screened by Amy who was professional, courteous, and thorough. When that part of the appointment was complete, I waited less than 3 minutes for Dr Hammersmith to come in. He completed his exam of my eyes, asked questions of me, and most significantly (for me), listened to the answers. He took my concerns, thought them over, then gave reasoned responses. Each person on staff that I encountered was positive and welcoming. This has been the pattern as long as I've been their patient (about 7 years). I recommend ECVA.

They seem like good people. Getting my eyes tested was smooth and easy. Picking up my glasses on the other hand has been a pain and a half. They seem to always be closed at least an hour before they're scheduled to be. Maybe there's a good reason, who knows. Today I showed up at 10:30 AM and it was still closed. I work overnights, so that's frustrating. They have my money, they have my eye tests, but it's impossible for me to get my glasses as of now. I just want to see clearly man. They could've just not called me to tell me to pick them up if it was going to be like this.

I lost a nose pad to my glasses while on vacation and they fixed them for free. The receptionist and the eye doctor were both very nice people. If I lived in this area, George Optical would definitely be my eye doctor.

I've dealt with George Optical for over 40 years always found them to be excellent. Their prices are good and their level of service is awesome! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends! They are also locally owned and operated!

Have gone there are many times. Both my husband and myself are satisfied with the service. Doctor Atkinson is professional & explains any changes in your sight. John is very nice & friendly. No complaints from us.

I have been having trouble seeing distances for about 5 years or so. In that time I have purchased about 7 or 8 paires of glasses and nothing helped. Until I made an appointment with Fichte, Endl an Elmer. In two weeks I got my vision back. Thank you Dr Elmer an your team of experts.

I had All Laser LASIK in 2017. Phenomenal experience! The staff helped me get over my anxiety about having the procedure done. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Highly recommend.
