I had All Laser LASIK in 2017. Phenomenal experience! The staff helped me get over my anxiety about having the procedure done. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Highly recommend.

I love this place!!! The staff is amazing!! The DOC is out of this world!! My family have been going there for years! They take u in right away if u are having a problem or schedule your routine exams asap,,, great friendly, professional and personable , have gone to many eye places over the last 50 yrs and 3 different states that I have lived in, so I kno EYE DOCS! This place is by far the ultimate in care and office staff!!! 🫶🏻

What an amazing office staff- very welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Glose is hands down the best!!! From the moment she walked in the room, I felt like I was there with my best friend. She truly listened to me, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough with the exam. I am actually excited for my next appointment with her and will be sure to send my family and friends to her!!! 10/10!!!

I have photo phobia, for me it can literally be painful. It's a sensitivity to light in my eyes. The staff and the Doctor take much care to ease my anxiety. Great visit, can't wait for my new glasses.

I've been coming to this office since 4th grade and now at 26, I don't want to go anywhere else. I moved to Buffalo and still make my way to them. Always so nice and makes me feel nostalgic coming in to see the same people greeting me. The best!!!

Have never had such a thorough eye exam, the doctor was patient and really listened! The other employees were also fantastic! I will continue to receive my eye care there and I highly recommend this business.

An excellent service from the doctor and the employees. A great experience and I am extremely satisfied. The eye exam was a complete exam and the doctor was very attentive to my opinions. Recommend Dr. Miller to anyone coming here! Very knowledgeable and zero pressure. She addressed my concerns and gave me tips of what could help. The staff that helps choosing your glasses is great as well!

I definitely would recommend Aurora Optometric Group to friends and family. In fact I already have for sometime now. All the personnel have been helpful and professional. The Doctors have made excellent referrals and when emergencies occur they have been quick to respond. I have been a very satisfied client with this practice for over 30 years and expect to remain so.

Absolutely horrible... I have had 20/20 vision my entire life I have had no issues my entire life so far, until the last 6 months about. All off a sudden things got blurry. More so with reading up close. Sometimes faces Been there twice. Apparently the tech is the doctor and the doctor just does nothing?? Hope the technicians gets better pay than the doctors! Each time given glasses with two different scripts (supposedly) though they seen the same. I have to stretch my arms as far as I can out, to even see clearly. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY EYES?! That's the million dollar question. Now get this. NO GLASSES, I go out side and read with 20/20 vision again!!! Book in front of my face practically, crystal clear!! I go inside and my vision is immediately blurry, can no longer read and my finances face is blanked out. Like a flare is in front of it, washing it out to nothing!!! That eventually adjust but reading, no... that's blurry to the point that I CAN'T read. They say it's because it's natural light!! Are you kidding me? I know about natural light. I also know my entire life i NEVER dealt with this and my 20/20 vision. Something is NOT right and my eyes are not adjusting to darker indoor lighting. Stepping outside IS NOT going to make everything crystal clear if I supposedly need glasses now?!And the doctor, I see him at the end. He looks over the paperwork from the technician ( you know, the people who didn't go to school to be a eye doctor). And says a sentence and sends you on your way.... Thanks for finding the root cause of whatever is going on with my eyes. Oh wait, that didn't happen. And no! I am not happy. Why? These are my eyes!! If I messed up typing, sorry can't really proof read. So it is what it is . 0/10 stars and I would like to know what is going on to correct this? Why is this branch ran like this? Why don't people listen? And why can the doctor not actually be a doctor? And caring, understanding individuals would be nice. That helps get a positive manner back. Now I'm just frustrated and scared about my eyes .
