I had an emergency visit for a detached retena. I was introduced to Dr Rabady, who went above and beyond to take care of both of my eye's and kept me informed on my progress throughout all of my visits.

Where to start? First, this place left me waiting in my car for hours for my appointment. It was during Covid, so I tried to be understanding of the situation, but when you are sitting in a car during the winter for hours with the car running, only to discover that the entire office left for the day without calling you in for your scheduled appointment (when they asked you to stay waiting in the car), well… a person does get a little frustrated! Next came the you-have-to-pay-us-270-dollars-even-though-it-was-our-staff-that-scheduled-you-too-soon-for-your-appt-for-insurance-to-cover-it. I get it. Ultimately, it is the patient’s responsibility to remember when, last year, they went for their annual refraction, however, when that patient is going to the same said practice for several other appointments that same year due to special eye conditions, it does leave that patient at a little bit of a disadvantage in trying to remember. And then to hear, “Yes, we made a mistake in doing this, but this is a person who no longer works here so we can’t go back and retrain her.” Well, perhaps after admitting that, you might consider giving a patient partial credit, since you admit that the person was fired because they obviously weren’t doing their job correctly? Finally, the frosting on the cake was when one of the new doctors said that they would no longer prescribe contact lenses for me. No reason given. I paid the 270 dollars and left for good. Caveat emptor!

Always a quick, simple, in and out appointment. The ophthalmologist is always very friendly and the staff helped me out very respectively with my questions on billing. I’ve been going here for 3 years now.

My experience with the optometrist was very good, thorough and not at all rushed. Customer service was good as well and it's never crowded, as it can be at other optical stores. My only complaint is how long it took for my glasses to come in (about 3 weeks). My contact lenses were in stock and they are perfect.

Went there for glasses only, had exam elsewhere. Customer service was good, glasses arrived as anticipated, quality is good. Have had both pair of glasses for three months now and still happy. My husband went there as well. Lab had troubles with his complex prescription but end result is excellent. He too was please with service and follow-through.

Excellent optometrist, especially considering its Walmart. Very pleased. Have seen him several times. Very competent.

Excellent, professional and kind practitioners and staff every visit. A special recommendation for the optical shop with Sara, who’s invaluable help made the difference for me. Usually I can never judge how I look in glasses or the right kind, etc to try on without a great deal of trouble!

The eye exam appointment is incredibly efficient with no wait time. Upon arriving on time, Jennifer promptly checked us in and took the time to explain all the options and costs upfront. Dr. Pereira patiently addressed all our questions, and the facility's advanced eye exam technologies made the visit comfortable, especially for the little one. Melissa assisted us in getting the glasses, even taking the time to educate the child about them. The online appointment system worked flawlessly. Overall, it was a fantastic visit with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
