I had a great experience at the store. It's exceptionally clean. I met both the optician and the eye doctor, and they helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. They accurately identified my issues and provided effective solutions. It's a fantastic environment with great people and knowledgeable professionals. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and acquaintances.

I walked in a stranger and left feeling like I was family! After visiting multiple shops and manufacturers Eye & I was the only shop that offered to assist me in a way that I wanted with a special request. It made me want to do business with them. Their patience and going above and beyond all others resulted in me purchasing 2 pairs from them. They have an amazing selection, fashionable brands, frames, and are personable. I had a fantastic experience at Eye & I in Bayside. The team and Dr. Kevin were exceptional. The use of new and top-notch equipment ensured a thorough examination. What impressed me the most was the zero wait time, highlighting their efficiency and respect for their patients' time. The service provided was excellent; every step was explained clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout. I highly recommend Optical in Bayside to anyone seeking professional eye care. The place looks very good but the lady who helped me at the counter is a rude pedant, she has no attitude towards customer service, she does not greet, she has no way of saying things, she leaves very little to be desired, pity, I would have liked to see the doctors' service. but that woman does not deserve that position, she takes away the place's score

6/24 update- Dr Alina is still the absolute BEST. I have been to several injectors and she is superior to all. If you’re thinking about getting that quick fix but are unsure? Rest assured that she can be trusted to make you look your best! I’d recommend her to anyone:) I cannot say enough about her. She is an amazing doctor, a master injector and overall a warm, beautiful and honest person. I would recommend her to anyone! I had a botched lip enhancement and she corrected my lips beautifully. Do I start with the excellent care I received or with the fact that this is a family-run business? I’ll start with the family. Dr. Alina K. Stanciu along with her husband and son make going to the doctor a breeze. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly hellos and smiles that made me feel both relaxed and welcomed. I could end the review right there with my full recommendation, but, there’s more. Dr. Stanciu is charming and straight to the point. She asked me what I wanted to do, get rid of these frown lines I said, and she was off. Friendly without idle chit-chat. Some might take that as abruptness but I saw it as respect for hers and my time. Kindness and professionalism at its finest. Although I won’t see the results for about two weeks I am confident that it will look amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Alina K. Stanciu….and family!

Dr. Stanciu is the only practitioner to trust with your botox and fillers. Being a nurse myself and a hypochondriac I am very afraid to trust anyone with my face. I feared having any Botox due to the risk of eyelid drooping. Dr. Stanciu is a board certified ophthalmologist and surgeon. This makes her knowledgeable and equipped with all facial muscles and the anatomy of faces much better than any other practitioner. She has seen many cases allowing for her to be in practice with different facial structures and anatomical differences allowing for her to inject you correctly. Furthermore, I’ve seen several physicians believe they don’t have to use aspetic techniques but Dr Stanciu is the best with sterility and maintaining sterility with the needle and making sure to wear her hot pink gloves! She made sure I achieved the results I wanted informing me along the whole procedure of how many units are really needed in order to achieve results. I myself work in healthcare and know the unit doses and can confirm she isn’t “just pricking you” and is using the right amount of units. Also, any reviews that claim she isn’t please let me inform you she couldn’t care less about the product she’s a physician who earns more from an outpatient visit than “saving” half the vial of filler. She has no interest in earning off half a vial of filler. She does this for the sole interest of allowing people to feel better with themselves. I’m extremely happy with my results. The neurotoxins helped smooth out all the wrinkles. Go to Dr Stanciu!!!

Well, I love my eye doctor and the staff. I never had to wait too long for my eye exam, and the doctor really cares about your vision. Plus the location (Sutphin Blvd/88th Ave-just off Hillside Ave) is great too.
