Refused to give me the pupil distance of prescription despite my insurance paying for it and purchasing glasses there. Not very friendly.. Will not be returning.

I've worn glasses over 30 years and I've never been so happy with any pair I've gotten - ever. Lisa at Visionworks Plainview explained how the different size frame affect the appearance of my face. She explained it in a logical way meant for me to understand. It was obvious that she really cares about her customers being satisfied with their purchases. I would recommend Liss and the store to anybody because I trust they'll be ok.

Heather the store owner could not be more personable and caring. Her front desk staff and medical staff could not be nicer. I refer all my friends and family to her and they echo the same experience.

I am a full time glasses wearer and have not worn contacts since covid. I just moved from the city and came here to get new eyeglasses and sunglasses. First, they had a machine that took a picture of the back of your eye so you did not need to get your pupils dilated. My eye dr in the city didn’t have that, so I appreciated the newer tech. Second, their selection of glasses (including designer frames) is incredible. It was even better than my previous eye dr on the Upper East Side. Also, the ladies that work there are amazing! I think their names were Heather and Amy. They will hand select frames they think will suit you from throughout the store and give honest opinions on which are best for you. The service is outstanding! I would highly recommend coming here. I will definitely return for my eye exam next year and will make my husband come here for his next annual exam.

One of the best experiences for me in medical. I Got my comprehensive eye exam done at this office which equipped with many high tech machines. Dr koty is very professional and thorough. He addresses all my questions and concerns in detail. The office is very accommodative with my last minute appointments. Every one from the front desk through doctors are polite, kind and genuinely concerned. All the doctors in the practice are Very knowledgeable and patient doctors.this was an incredible experience. Bravo. My highest recommendation!!!!

They literally make you sign a form thats says you will pay for a refraction when its covered by insurance but then they still bill you for it and unless you argue with them they bill you $60 for the refraction which is a standard part of an eye exam..it seems very suspicious and in my opinion fraudulent when it comes to insurance billing practices.

Today, I visited this office with my nephew for a regular check-up. The administration staff were phenomenal and welcoming. The doctor took good care of my nephew. Overall, this has been an amazing experience. 10/10, I recommend

Everyone is very professional, very friendly and helpful. Of course Dr. Rosenberg is amazing... The most down to earth div I've ever met. Professional and knowledgeable, personable and warm. The staff are all well trained and capable. The office is clean and spacious and sanitary precautions are taken at all times. It's just a terrific service and i feel extremely blessed to have found Dr. Rodenberg!!!

Dr Rosenberg and staff are truly an amazing team, My cataract surgery far exceeded anything I hoped for. I am forever grateful. Dr Rosenberg is a gifted professional with a calming disposition. My eye sight has immediately gone from standard resolution to high definition!

From the time I walked into the Plainview location the person at the desk was very helpful. The assistant who took me into the examining room was very attentive, very well mannered. Dr. Kumar was very nice and explained everything to me what my issue is about. Explained if my situation gets to a certain point to just come to the office with no appointment needed first.
