Dr. Nombergs staff is exceptional. They took me in immediately for a very painful injury to my eye. I had barely a wait at all before I was taken back to the operatory and met Dr. Nomberg who was extremely professional and explained my situation well. I left with no questions as to how I would care for my eye. He continued to see me daily and even offered to come back to the Plainview office from his Port Jefferson location if I needed (which thankfully, I did not!) This injury was so painful and I could not thank Dr. Nomberg and his staff enough for making me feel better!

Very courteous, and very patient helping me find the right pair of eyewear. Informed me of a promotion that enabled me to add prescription lenses to my sun glasses. I was thrilled. TUSM Chelsea for everything. You’re the best !!!

The place is nice and clean. Convenient location as well. Optometrist was friendly and attentive, I didn't feel rushed at all. I feel like the time was taken to do a proper exam and to answer my questions. They have a great selection of frames. Definitely recommend.

After seeing Dr. Lopinto for months after my cataract surgery and complaining about glare and dry eyes I was put on several cortisone anti-inflammatory drugs. They didn’t help. I was told there was nothing wrong with my eyes. Yesterday, being in more discomfort, I saw Dr. Fracassa who examined me and told me I had MGD. That was news to me after being told for months there was nothing wrong. I guess first impressions can be wrong. Office doesn’t answer phones and is very hectic. Thankfully they had Dr. F. see me after I just walked into the office in pain. My vision has gotten somewhat worse since the last visit. Trying to reach the office again, no one answers the phone.

Friendly staff and doctor. I came in before work, and my appointment was met on time and completed quickly. The technician even helped me pick out a pair of nice frames.

My whole family has been going to the Plainview vision works since I was a little kid, and we have nothing but amazing experiences here! Getting new glasses is always a pleasure with the kind and accommodating staff. Lisa and Larry were such a huge help on our most recent visit and I can’t speak highly enough at how helpful they are!

The best eyeglass experience I've ever had ! Lisa was so personable and helped me pick out the perfect frames! Orlando was very helpful with my checkout transaction, and helping me with options, and Grant smiled a lot . Dr Spivak was thorough, pleasant and very friendly. Will be my go to eye glass place forever!
