I have been going to EYE ASSOCIATES for over 15 years and always been taken care of with the utmost professionalism, and expert care. I needed an appointment today for care. Was put on hold for one minute and had an appointment for 1245. Dr Burr was fantastic. Patient and eased my concerns and recommended what I needed to do. By this evening I was feeling better. Had a great experience at the Howell Mill location. I went in for a hybrid eye exam and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Dr. Sara Williams was very thorough and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. Her technician Miracle was also great. GM Terri was very helpful as well. I’ll be back in for an upcoming follow up appointment — hoping the experience is just as good. Thanks, America’s Best!

I was examined by Dr. Bingham and was diagnosed with a different procedure. I was sent to an associate to have a follow up examination. Everyone I met were very professional and respectful. I know wait for the results.

After Dr Aryah took over Dr John Lyman (one of the founding doctors of OEA) the practice went to a dumpster fire. Aryah became snobbish and thought he was better than you. Wait times went from 5-10 min to 45-60 minutes. Aryah will rush you as well. Last time I saw him I felt like I did not get a thorough exam and I told him as such and I was basically yelled at and told that I did get a thorough exam. If I could give Keyhan Aryah zero stars I would. I started with Dr Layman in the 70’s (he did ALL my paediatric eye surgeries at Dorenbecher) and then I switched over to Aryah until 1999 or 2000.. (my parents started with Howard Lyman, John’s father in the 60’s, so I am familiar how the practice should have ran). And Keyhan, if you are reading this, I SHOULD have filed a complaint against you with the Oregon medical licensing board for your actions, but sadly statue of limitation has ran out, long ago.
