Dr. Rothman is a kind and caring opthalmologist who treated me for glaucoma. . I was referred by my excellent Ophthalmologist, Dr. Bruce Zagelbaum’, and had an very positive experience and treatment. Dr. Rothman has the old fashioned bed-side manner coupled blessed medical skills. I was most pleased with his treatment of my problem and his personal attention.

My first time at this office and everyone was wonderful, polite and gave me comfort that I was in good hands. Dr. Rothman MD was very professional and made me feel at ease with the procedure and explained everything he was going to do. I will definitely recommend and go back.

Dr. Devore and Ross are fantastic individuals both in knowledge and professionalism. I've had pretty rough experiences in the past at other optometrists and I found the entire staff here to be extremely patient and helpful. Very grateful for these folks.

Pearle Vision went out of their way to let me know they did not care about my perspective in this process. When I went in to speak with Dr Gina Minucci (because they told me I couldn’t get my prescription emailed to me) and described what had happened, she told me we were talking in circles and then asked which contact I wanted, before briskly leaving the room. I asked them if this was something we could handle over the phone, they told me no, I had to come in again. I spoke with her for less than 5 minutes, with no accountability on their end of how much they have inconvenienced me, no acknowledgment with how they prescribed me a brand without my consent, nothing. The one saving grace was Abby who works at the desk, who had apologized to me for the mishap. Other than that, the service here was non communicative, they do not take accountability for their errors and in general will not apologize or care for how they’ve inconvenienced you. Even when trying to vocalize my concerns to them in person, which id much rather do instead of writing a review, they still did not want to hear it. So I guess I’ll write my concerns on the survey they sent me and on public forums here warning people of the gross carelessness with which they choose to operate here. They want you to spend more money on the brands they promote (likely incentivized on their end), and will prescribe them to you without your permission. They told me they saw this as a solution to the dry eye problem I addressed. I said ok, but do you see it as okay, prescribing someone something without telling them you’re prescribing them that? There was ZERO communication on their end that they had chosen a brand of contacts for me. Why would I choose trial contacts for this new brand you so vehemently pushed on me, if I was already committing to said brand? Read the fine print and ask questions because you won’t know if they’ve pulled the rug over your eyes, until you realize something doesn’t line up. And it’s not something they will care to make you keen to either, because it’s clear they care more about their money than about your needs or concerns being heard or met. Get your eyes checked elsewhere, if you care about being treated like a human being.

Pearle Vision has always been the best experience. I am happy with my contacts and glasses. Ask for Abby or Jasmin, they will definitely take care of you. You won't be disappointed.

I just had my first cataract surgery with Dr. Bloom and am so very happy with the results. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. I am amazed at how I can see now and am ready to have the other one done. Dr. Bloom puts you at ease, is very thorough and an expert in his field. I would highly recommend Dr. Bloom to family and friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the surgical coordinator, Karla is wonderful.

Hello. I’m a licensed medical professional for many years and do not usually write any reviews for healthcare facilities. My review is more of a recommendation that a criticism of the care you provide. Front desk was excellent. Very good check in process. Waiting time is excessive. Waited like an hour to be called to just see the medical assistant for every appointment. I do understand that emergencies and urgent visits do happen which can increase waiting time. Perhaps you should consider looking at your overbooking rate to compensate for the no show rate if you employ this procedure. It’s quite a long wait for a five minutes or so exam by the doctor. The medical assistant who saw me was very kind but she had no idea of the history questions she asked me. She could really not explain the symptoms to patients who do not understand the question regarding symptoms which can adversely affect the care/exam provided by the doctor. I’m my case, the doctor did not review the symptoms questions so I assume he based his evaluation on the medical assistant’s documentation. My allergy which I gave them is my last visit was either not entered or missing in the system. A little more training and education for medical assistants may benefit your patients. Dr. Brennan was great with excellent bed side manners and very knowledgeable. Lastly, your facility is older and did not appear well maintained. The bathroom was dirty with no toilet paper. Not sure if you have a cleaning person during the course of the day instead of just after your office is closed. Your office is quiet busy with many patients. Thank you for reading my recommendations. I will definitely be returning to your office to see Dr. Brennan.

Zero! Had an 8 am appointment and was told to arrive 10 min early to fill out updated paperwork. Doors did not unlock until 8 am on the dot. Looked like workers were just coming in at 8 am and later. Did not see one Dr. Come in my 8:25. Waiting room was filling up and by 8:20 am - not one patient was called. Meanwhile 8:15 and 8:30 patients were coming in. By 8:25 I left without seeing the doctor. Your time has no value to these people. We all had places to be which is why we schedule the earliest appointment. Horrible management of a practice. Not much to do other than find another provider.

I made an appt for today at 1230p. I arrived almost a half hour early. I was taken in on time for a general eye chart exam and puff of air in my eyes. Then I was placed in another waiting room for an hour+ more. What seemed like every employee there walked back and forth from the lunch room and just kept looking at me sitting there. When I asked how much longer I was placed in the exam room and told the doctor was with the patient before me. After overhearing that another patient had left I gave the doctor another 15 minutes. Still nothing so I walked out. When the office called me I was informed that Dr Jun’s appointments are about 4 hours??!! Which means I would have been waiting in the exam room for a while longer. I told the office worker I would NOT have made the appointment if I was told beforehand that the wait would be my whole afternoon. It was a waste of my time and really unprofessional. When appointments are made the patients deserve full disclosure where wait times and lunch breaks are concerned. Also do not schedule appointments during office lunch breaks.

Quality service he was able to get me and my Mother really great glasses and just an outstanding service. If your in the area and needs glasses hands down I highly reccomend Dr. Scholnick

I have been going to Dr Scholnick for several years and have always received excellent care. Dr Scholnick is very caring and thorough and provides fast turnaround for eyeglasses. I strongly recommend him for all eye care needs.
