The staff was wonderful and very thorough explaining each procedure. I found the doctor really listened to what I had to say and took the time not making me feel rushed.

Dr. Purgert is a great opthalmologist and very attentive to your need. The staff is great as well, all are very knowledgeable, timely, and through. Highly recommend!

John Williams is amazing! Went there for my grandson, had some difficulty with getting insurance information on what was to be covered. John went above and beyond helping to contact insurance company. He made several calls to insurance. Ended up getting exactly what we needed and wanted. Thank you again, John Williams. You're such a caring person. Very helpful. A Big thank you! To Ashley as well. She was wonderful! Helped to fill in when John was wth another customer.

She is a wonderful physician and it’s a wonderful practice that doesn’t waste your time.

I first one to really thank the office of Dr. Brito, from the front desk lady clerk who was very patient and understanding of us running late (even put on Netflix for my son). To the great tech guy (Danny, I think) who was patient with my son and very personable. Dr. Brito has very detailed with her assessment and tests with my son and she was able to really keep him focused and alert. She was very honest and direct but very much professional and I felt like she cared about each of her clients. She took the time to not just make us feel like any other of her clients but really appreciate our time as well. Great service and awesome people. Thank you.

My experience at this office was pleasant and comfortable, she was gentle and explained everything to me in detail. She also was a great listener and addressed any concerns I had, I would definitely recommend her or this office location at West Hartford in lens crafters

Take my kid here to have eye exams 3 times and always have to wait at least 30 mins after the appointment which means 45mins+ before taken to the room to wait some more.

A fantastic eye doctor who just happens to be inside at Costco. Explains everything extremely well using plain language and talks you through every step of the exam. Also uses all the latest technology like the red hot air balloon prescription detector so visits are super fast.
