NUMC Ophthalmology is the best! Some of the eye Doctors there took care of me after my LASIK eye surgery. Josh and Tyler specifically went above and beyond as they were the doctors that focused on my case. They were patient with me and answered all my questions and eased my anxieties as eye surgery can be scary! I would recommend the Ophthalmology team at NUMC to anyone I know and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes!

Dr. Kirshen was very helpful. He listened and understood the problems I've been having after recent cataract surgery to one eye. He's working with me to find the best solution since each of my eyes have different issues. He even explained an issue from my retinal specialists notes that I did not understand. Have always had a positive experience with him.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kirshen and his full staff. I've gone there for years and he's always treated my family with professionalism, kindness and respect. I just took my parents, who are 90 and 94, and retired from the medical field, for their first visit. He did not rush them, he listened to their semi off topic stories, and he completely addressed their visual needs.

Dr Kirshen is great and very thorough. He explains everything clearly so you can make the best decision that is good for you. The office staff is very helpful, friendly and PATIENT! I am one who has a hard time making a decision. They did not rush me and helped me with making a final decision. (And that is not easy)

Lens Direct is a quality provider of mail order vision products with stellar customer service. Kayanna was awesome - she checked on my concerns and promptly responded directly to me and then she followed-up the next day with additional information. Absolutely perfect customer service! I had trouble placing a reorder on line so I called and spoke to Nyah. She was absolutely wonderful. Explained I'm a senior and can't skip between pages so can't do it myself and she offered to place the order for me. As it turns out my frame is not available so I'll look for another frame. She was patient, professional and she is a real asset.

Nyah was a delight to work with this morning. She was very professional and pleasant in handling my problem. Everything was resolved promptly and I had already received my confirmation emails before ending the call. I can’t begin to tell you how refreshing it was to work with a competent employee that made it seem effortless to resolve my issue with an auto ship order. She made sure the order was canceled and the auto shipment feature was turned off for the future as well as checking to make sure the refund was on its way.
