I went to Target to get new frames and lenses, I haven't had them since 2001! It was a great experience, when I entered the clerk asked if he could assist me and I told him I was going to look for frames and he pointed me to the women's section and he just let my friend and I alone and then asked if I'd like to know what my insurance would cover for frames. He gave me that print-out so I was aware of what I could shop for, which made it much easier to decide! Then came the fun part! Arlo, the Target Salesperson, was GREAT! He made the whole process painless, I know getting frames and the lenses is painless, but he knew what he was talking about and helped me make some very good decisions about the frames I should get because I needed bifocals. And also about whether or not to get photolenses, which I wasn't positive about at all. This was really a great experience for me and I very glad I chose Target Optical! Thanks Arlo!

I had read some reviews prior to my appt that were quite negative. I was pleasantly surprised to find everyone very pleasant, polite, and professional . The wait time was reasonable, and the environment was clean. I will continue to go there and will happily recommend it to others

love their choices of frames and most of all their customer service. I have been going to them for years. I live in long island but I love their service and accommodation so much I go to them every year. DABO really do know how to take care of their customers. Planning to go there soon for my son's glasses.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The wrong insurance was run at first and they were very helpful and quick to re-run for the correct one. They were also able to get my son an appointment last minute before he moved. This is definitely my new eye doctor!

The staff always have great customer service and are a pleasure to speak with. They’re very helpful in having you choose a pair of glasses. The doctor is very nice and helpful. He takes the time to answer all your questions and explain things in layman terms for you to understand any issues you may have with your eyesight. Would recommend this place.
