All the employees, including the doctor are so kind, informative and knowledgeable. This was hands down the best experience I have had at an eye exam. The front desk was so welcoming and kind. They work fast but i didn't feel rushed at all! The doctor was amazing. So kind and really took the time to ask and answer if i had any other questions. Once it was time to choose my frames, my insurances were complicated but the Manager went above and beyond to find all my information, getting me the best deals with both my insurances! I cannot say enough good things about this appointment!

Just got new glasses from Dr Bailey and needed an adjustment. Stopped by on Wed. 12/7. They were short staffed due to illness. There was only 1 woman doing adjustments and I just want to say she was doing a fabulous job. There were 4 of us waiting and she handled everything professionally and had such a pleasant way of doing so. Did I mention that she adjusted my glasses perfectly. She knows her job. I am sorry I don't remember her name, but I just wanted to say it's refreshing to find someone who is willing to help regardless of the circumstances and Thank you!

I visited Dr. Hilary Hawthorne, OD and had a wonderful experience. She is professional and courteous. And my glasses were perfect. I recommend her to everyone.

Excellent Doctor with excellent bedside manner, kind, and compassionate. Takes her time with patients and is always educating and treating her patients with respect. Thank you Dr. Cho my prescription is working great ! Thank you Penny and Dr. Cho for squeezing me in on short notice ! Dr. Cho goes above and beyond to help her patients ! Would definitely recommend this office and staff !

I went to get my annual eye exam on August 4, 2023 by Dr. Johnson is by far the best and most caring optometrist I've ever been to. She told me things about my eyes that no other optometrist has ever told me. She even answered questions that I had and made me feel even more at ease. I wish I would have found this best kept secret 20 years ago, who knows, I may not even have to wear glasses. Dr. Johnson cares and she does her job with pride! I will not let anyone else look into my eyes until she leaves Cary, NC and then I'm looking for her lol.

I am so thankful I Retina Los Angeles! I was visiting the area when I had an issue with my eye on a Sunday evening. Fortunately, through two other offices, I was referred to Retina Los Angeles. I was shocked to have Dr. Moysidis himself answer the after hours call himself. But this was only the start of my experience with his unbelievable commitment to eye healthcare. We were six hours from home, so when he said he wanted to see me in a week, I had to think for a moment. I definitely know I made the right decision to travel back down to see him in a week. He is the guy you want taking care of your vision. You will never find a more committed physician and Dr. Moysidis, nor more helpful staff.

I have been with this organization for a very long time. They overcharge for their contact lens services, so you are better off getting your contact lenses and fitting somewhere else. However, you can trust these ophthalmologists to give you a through eye exam. Staff is ever changing .Answering machine is always on when I call.

Dr. Pousti and her staff were amazing, great customer service and very fast to receive my daughter’s glasses. Thank you and will definitely be coming back again.
