I had to use the warranty service on a pair of glasses, and got no hassle 5 Star customer service, that was fast, they sent the work order in immediatly and got me new glasses in about a week. Rimless. Great job, all the way around! Marshall Cherry

Dr Heather Trapheagen is so smart and kind, as well as all the technicians and assistants. I could not ask for a better Eye Doctor. I’m so glad this business accepts my new insurance because I did not want to change my eye doctor!

My eyes have never been cared for the way they care at Montrose Eye Care. Their technology is exquisite and their doctors are phenomenal. I had a lovely experience and I loved listening to my Optometrist share his life with me. It made me feel warm and comfortable. Definitely the best optometrist in Htown!!

For Thomas Eye Group - Woodstock Office

I tried using contact lenses for the first time at age 71. I was hesitant to do so but was determined to try something different than glasses. The young lady that helps with ordering and servicing the customers at the Woodstock, Ga location was far more than helpful. On more than one occasion, I could not get a contact out after an hour(s) of trying. She told me to never panic but just come by and she would help me at her earliest convenience! On three separate occasions, she worked me in and in less than 5 seconds had the contact(s) out. I no longer use contacts but I’ll never forget the Customer Service that she rendered! My only regret is that I am not 100% sure of her name so that I can recognize her for her outstanding courtesies and professionalism!
