Good service, nice and attentive staff. They did cataracts testing which I never had done before. Good prices. Owner seems to be fair. I'll be going there from now on.

Worst place ever. Totally unprofessional and extremely bad customer service. The doctor was professional/kind and helpful but I can't say the same about the ladies in that place. I didn't like the frames they had so I asked for the prescription so I can go to another place. The rude lady said that my insurance doesn't cover the exam, which it does, and proceeded to say that if I don't get the frame from them I would need to pay $60.00 for the exam. All of that information was inaccurate. I contacted my insurance provider and they were upset at such claims. They immediately contacted them and cancelled everything including the exam. Wasted 2 hours there. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time.

I live in the area and my niece needed to get her glasses fixed so we stopped by the store and I was quickly assisted by one of the ladies in store who repaired the glasses on the spot for free. 2nd visit: I returned to have my eye exam performed and get new glasses. I was helped by the friendly staff who made the process very smooth. Bless up!

The ladies in here provide great customer service. I can’t tell you how many times I have misplaced my glasses or sat on my own lens or even needed a tune up, they always provide top notch quality service and they always come through in a calm laid back environment.

Dr. Bakhru is amazing! I completed 6 months of vision therapy with her, and the entire process was excellent. She is unbelievably patient and always took the time to help me understand what was happening with my vision and why. Her positive attitude made appointments enjoyable and motivating. I also appreciated her extremely thorough documentation of my baseline and final assessments, as well as emails after each session explaining in detail how to perform the assigned exercises. She helped me to achieve significant improvements in my vision. I highly recommend Dr. Bakhru!

No customer service, I was unaware that my referral expired and I was told that it’s my duty to know that. So what is their job . But quick to tell me that I pay out of pocket. medical assistant Leah was extremely nasty

best decision i have made for 2023, dr schulof replaced my eye lense with hd lenses and my quality of life is so much better i feel like the 6 million dollar man

Brook Plaza Ophthalmology has the greatest staff in Brooklyn. Everyone treats you with the utmost respect and like family. They're very professional and they make you feel comfortable being there. They adhere to keeping the establishment clean. I love coming there and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Ophthalmology needs. Keep up the great work.

I was visiting the city and ended up having an issue with my contacts that I could not find help with. Victory Vision Care was the only place that would speak to me about the issue and helped me immensely on my trip. Very nice and super helpful office!
