My experience at Surgical Eye Care was most pleasant and rewarding! From the time that I walked through the door until the time that I left, I found each and every individual with whom I had contact to be friendly, courteous, personable, competent and very professional. I felt most comfortable in this environment. The personnel at the desk were very helpful and kind. The lady who administered the initial eye test / examination was most pleasant and friendly. My session with Dr. Brown went quite well. I can unequivocally say that Dr. Brown exudes the utmost of professionalism, competence, and genuine caring towards his patients. It was readily apparent and quite obvious that Dr. Brown is an astute, an highly-competent eye surgeon! He certainly commands the respect of his patients, his staff, and his peers! He will be performing the cataract surgery on my eyes in January, and I must say that I am extremely excited about the anticipated improvements in my eye sight subsequent to Dr. Brown performing my surgery! All in all, I would give Dr. Brown, his staff, and the personnel affiliated with Surgical Eye Care the highest rating possible. They deserve no less!

I had such a great experience at Trio! The office is modern and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dr Amin really took her time with my exam and making sure my contacts were perfect. She also does digital imaging so I didn’t have to have my eyes dilated. I highly recommend for your eye care

Dr was great so was the tech that did the 5 test prior seeing the dr. As for the check in lady I should have gotten her name she had curly shoulder length hair dark brown with a few highlights, she needs to find a new job no manners when she is wrong, she asked my name I said it then spelled it and gave my appointment time she then asked for my B-day still couldn’t find me.. I explained all paperwork was filled out prior the my appointment up loaded with insurance cards and ID so then I started to get frustrated because I had been standing there 7 minutes with her trying to find me, so then she asked for my drivers license and insurance card I asked, did you find me and she said no. I made the comment in a calm manner that this was ridiculous and she got very loud and started yelling telling me not to be rude she was trying to help me, everyone within 10 feet heard her yelling at me and all I’ll I was doing was asking what the problem was… When she did find my appointment she handed me all the paperwork I did online to fill out. AGAIN I explained that it was filled out online and signed. There was one document that asked for extras you may want at the office I had completed it, signed it, online. She handed me this form and made me sign it again she then got rude and said she would fill it out the rest, yet it was in my fill already.. It took almost 10 minutes to check in when everything was completed. I was curious so I asked her if the spelling of my name was incorrect she said no then I asked was my B-Day incorrect answer no she blamed the whole issue on the computer instead of taking responsibility… No customer service.

Came here to get glasses and I thought that this place was very nice! Staff and doctor were very thorough and informative. They let me know that buying glasses online yourself is not a good idea if you don't have all the proper equipment such as a pupilometer. So since they take my insurance and they have affordable prices, I decided to purchase my glasses here, just picked them up and I love them. I also scheduled my entire family for their annual eye exams.

I have been going to Dr Bishop over 20 yrs & have always been pleased with my treatment & eye care services. She was the surgeon on my Lasik surgery & it was Perfect. All my friends who used other doctors had to have corrective surgeries. I trust her & the other eye care associates explicitly! I give Five star ratings & I will never go anywhere else.

The office has moved to a new location in Bradenton. Very lovely state of the art. Dr. Prince and Lonnie are a great team. They do not overbook. You receive plenty of quality time with both. Very thorough exam. A welcome annual visit.

My sister had her operation here. One less star because the parking details was not clear enough but to save other people trouble -- park at Costco & Home Depot parking lot. The center on 2nd floor and closer to this parking side.

My visit was my first and the front desk staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me with every step. The optometrist, Ngoc Le was awesome! Again, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She went a step further in explaining everything. I will continue to go there for my services.

Dr Kelly Tran is approachable and easy to talk to. All my questions were answered. Both my kids are comfortable talking to her. They really like the variety of frames available and my kids loved the Fanoogle glasses that allow for color styles to be swapped on glasses.

Great experience with the staff and Dr. Currie, back in a few weeks for the second eye. So great to see clear again.
