I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have gotten glasses here before and have always been satisfied. In fact, I ordered two new pair of glasses this week. I worked with Mabel who could not have been more patient or helpful.

The employees at Sterling Optical were nothing but amazing from their customer service to their competency and knowledge. They always find ways to save you money and to get the most out of what your insurance has to offer. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Evans is the Best! He is smart, caring and listens to his patients. He has a calming presence about him that makes you comfortable and relaxed. Not many around like him!

Dr Levin literally saved my daughters vision. We had previously been to another surgeon who made a horrific mistake, but fortunately, Dr. Levin was able to save her vision. This man has met me in the middle of the night for emergencies countless times. He takes incredibly good care of all of his patients. He is humble, kind, and compassionate, and everything a good Dr. should be. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We drive a very long distance, but even if we moved across the country, we would be coming to see Dr. Levin. He is simply superb.

Dr Peet is a great doctor. I had Cataract surgery and it went well. He offers a new no drop system which I chose. No hassles with lots of eye drops afterwards. I felt comfortable knowing he gives the best care. I recommend him to anyone needing cataract surgery

A great experience from start to finish! The owner, Tim, is fabulous and he always has great suggestions for cute frames that will fit my tiny face. The eye doctor is thoughtful, thorough, and kind, and is one of my favorite medical providers out of all the various doctors I visit as a patient. I’ve been going there for more than 10 years now and I can’t recommend it highly enough! They carry unique frames that are super fun and more standard variations as well.

I've been a patient of Dr. Thomas Markus for over a year. I've never had a more careful and conscientious eye doctor. He really takes the time to listen to my issues, and never rushes an exam for a refraction or anything else. He knows how much I depend on my eyes and my ability to read and work on my computer, and he will go out of his way to make sure I'm "spot on" with my prescriptions and eye health.

All the staff are amazing!! Very cordial and customer service is great , especially Tatiana she is very friendly and patient.

I moved from LA to Riverside last year and has I’ve been hesitant to go find a new eye doctor when I finally found 2020 vision I was really impressed with their office and their exams were very in-depth and the Dr and staff were very friendly. Jaime helped me pick out the perfect glasses and when they came in, she help me fit them perfectly. She was very nice and provided some of the best service I’ve ever had an eye doctors office, so I’m really impressed. Just wanted to leave a nice review because they really provided an excellent service there, and anyone that is looking for an eye doctor is really going to love this place. My whole family goes here now.
