It is impossible to make an appointment by phone, they do not answer and they are full to leave a message, you go in person and 2 of the employees serve in a bad way and are a bit racist. I would not go back to that place

Excellent service. Staff is very committed to customer service, specially Mr. Gabriel, the doctor’s assistant, he is very gentle and knowledgeable. He is gifted on keeping you calmed. Doctor Khan is very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and proactive.

I use to go to this practice years ago, service starting going down hill. My insurance changed and decided to give them a 2nd chance. They scheduled me for my appointment and entered a day earlier than what I requested. All they said is we called you. And they said we are all booked today. They are truly the worst office. Trust I know other people that have the same issues.

When I discovered that I had a damaged retina, I called my eye doctor at the time, and he did not feel that it was an urgent matter. I spent 3 hours trying to track an eye doctor to look at my eye and all I kept getting was the runaround. Within a couple days I managed to get in contact with a new eye doctor who sent me directly to Dr. Platt that moment and within hours I was scheduled for eye surgery the up-and-coming Monday. He not only made me feel comfortable he made me understand all the possible outcomes and this past week I had my last post-surgery consult and because of his lead and amazing coworkers, I healed 100%. He is absolutely amazing, caring, professional and has surrounded himself with such a great eyecare health facility. Thanks to everyone involved.

I had LASIK 10+ years ago and went to Dr. Hamilton to see what I could do to recurrent my vision. Dr. Hamilton performed a refractive lens exchange surgery on both eyes separately. The post op period was relatively easy. And my vision in my right eye is better than it ever was, even after LASIK. Highly recommend his office and staff.

I had an issue with my eye and needed to be seen right away. The staff at Portland EyeCare was wonderful. They got me seen that day. I had ocular shingles and the optometrist checked my eyes and helped me to get my medication I needed. They have a wonderful staff there and would highly recommend them

I've been a patient of Dr. Clough for about 10 years. He's keeping my aging eyes the best they can be!

Dr Eng is wonderful! Thorough. He is patient. Explains everything. Fitted my daughter for contacts. Two visits for me for glasses. IMHO, he derserves better than WalMart.

If you want a location with the WORST first of contact (receptionist). Make sure you reach out to the old hag that can barely do her job. This is one of the worst place I have ever encountered. Look elsewhere because the biggest red flag is having a huge family oriented location.

Very effective at getting you in and everyone was very nice and helpful.
