Dr Putnam is fantastic! My daughter has a vision screening done at school and the doctor was able to catch an astigmatism on a 20/20 vision after dilation. Thank you so much! This will help tremendously with her ready in second grade!

The manager, Michelle, and her team were extremely helpful. My 87 year old father had slept on his glasses and thought they were ruined. He just moved here from Florida so it’s been an adjustment. We went to the optical department on a busy Saturday. Michelle had a team member take over for a customer she was working with so she could assist my father. She not only fixed his glasses she was kind and patient. We are so appreciative of Michelle. Thank you.

This place isn’t professional at all from doctors to staff it better to look for somewhere else even if it’s lil far. I have red eye and pain for 3 weeks all they do is try different eye drop that doesn’t work and here I’m back I regret it that’s why I’m writing this and the big wait is a joke even if you have a appointment Have good day Best thing is pray to the creator rather than the creation

Great place

Due to computer problems I was unable to complete my visit. I could not set a payment plan and have to return next week to try again. Otherwise the person’s help me were very pleasant, well informed, and helpful. The person (Lynne) tried so hard and gave every effort to complete my visit. However could get the computer to work as hard as she did d. Kudos to Lynne

My doctor here is great , but the workers are horrible. They do not answer the phone for over an hour and a half and they listen to everything you say cause I said this is ridiculous. I’m going to get in my car and come up here and then all of a sudden the phone answered.

Great service. Dr Le took the extra step to review my insurance benefits after being told certain services weren't covered which turns out they were. Really appreciated the help.

Dr Reed was rude and has a horrible bedside manner. It is hard to believe that he works with elderly patients on a regular basis. As a nurse I was blown away at such a rude physician

My husband and I have been going to see Dr Tony Vu for 4 years. He is amazing and we won’t go anywhere else. His staff are all so lovely and super efficient. Dr Vu is so patient and explains everything so clearly. He takes his time with you and always does a thorough exam. I promise you won’t regret seeing Dr. Vu.
