I’ve been going to Eyepic since they first open and they never ever disappoint me. Amazing staff. Always clean. Great customer service and the doctors are so nice and very understanding. I won’t go no where else. ❤️

Very nice and quick. Dr Szlechter is the most kind and understanding doctor I have ever seen. I suffer from severe panic attacks and he helped calm me down and reassured me during my procedures. He understood when I was too panicked to continue and helped me eventually do everything I needed.

Very Good doctors; but very difficult to get in contact with anyone when needed. I’ve waited on hold for 36 minutes one time, and when I called from a work number, they picked up. I would love to give this place 5 stars because the ophthalmologist seems to be really great! But the front staff, though they are somewhat polite, they make it nearly impossible to get the simplest of information or even to request a refill. So if don’t ever plan on calling, it’s a great place. But if you ever anticipate trying to contact the office for any reason, STAY AWAY!

I was very happy with my visit here. When making my appointment the staff got me a quick appointment date and during yesterday’s visit they were helpful, kind and efficient. Seeing Dr. Rusu for the first time was also a good experience and I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing eye care.

Dr. Is wonderful. His assistants are wonderful. The office workers at the front desk are horrible. Rude, and condescending. They are also rude on the phone. God forbid you have an emergency. I stopped going because of this. I pray that the Dr. reads these reviews

Iris, and the other staff members I met during my visit, were all pleasant and helpful. Dr. Irene Rusu is wonderful! She’s a fine doctor, and a very, very nice person.

Heights Vision is the best. The space is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful! I was late for my appointment and they were so gracious even after getting me in at the last minute! I love Dr Nguyen but this time I saw Dr Patel. She was so amazing at explaining what I was experiencing and helping me understand what the next steps are. 10 out of 10!

This place is fantastic. I didn’t really realize there was such a tier quality gap for glasses or optometrists until I came here (I usually get pretty nice glasses too). 10/10 both for glasses and services. I felt very welcome as someone who often feels uncomfortable in doctors offices, the team explained everything to me without me needing to ask them to explain things, and made recommendations that I feel I’ve benefitted from. They helped me pick out a great pair of glasses which I love and probably would not have picked out myself without their help and feedback. The glasses themselves feel like an extension of my face. They don’t slip and slide at all and I hardly even notice that they’re there because they’re so lightweight. And the order was fulfilled quickly! The only downside for me is that even with insurance it was still pricey enough for me to only be able to afford one pair, but you get what you pay for it seems and I’m still glad I came here. Thank you so much for the great experience! I will be back!

Wonderful office with great staff and the most awesome collection of glasses! I did things a little backwards - selected my glasses first and then had my eyes examined. This is because I was super excited to try all the beautiful pairs of glasses!! With glasses picked out, I had my eyes examined. I was very impressed with how Dr. Nguyen really took time out to examine my eyes and answer all my questions! Highly recommend Heights Vision!
