Got there at 815 for 8 am appt. Front desk did not start working til 830a but after that everything proceeded quickly. Technicians seemed proficient. Dr Patel,OD was knowledgeable and thorough. She inspired confidence. She was also appropriately friendly. I did not feel rushed Also it is DIRECTLY across from Maimonides hospital so if you have doctors at the hospital this office is perfect to allow you to do two appointments in one day

The only complaint is not having the courtesy call to remind me of the appointment. Once I'm in the office I'm taken care off so well. Every staff I was in contact with was professional, kind, and willing to hear you. This place is one of the best

Just had a appointment with Dr. Chandra at their Boro Park office and I found him to be very knowledgeable and caring. He listened carefully and answered all my questions and concerns. I'm very happy that Dr. Chandra is now a part of this practice.

Fantastic customer service!!! The doctors are very kind and the desk workers are super helpful when it comes to picking out the perfect glasses. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had any issues. I have about 3 pairs of glasses and some contacts from here and I love them :)

Them fellas be pushing P straight up I ain’t gon lie. Copped the tinted Tifanny lenses yesterday. Good price, great service, good people. Advising to come here for new glasses!

I love the intimate care provided—you never feel rushed or like you can ask too many questions, or that anyone else is a priority over you. The doctors are very patient and comprehensive, and the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The unique range of glasses offered are a bonus, and I received my new pair and an updated old pair very quickly!

Pretty good care . Covers my insurance. Pricey frames and glasses tho. I wish the eye doctors were patient enough to answer all of my questions

Dr. Nyugen is fantastic. He is efficient, kind, and congenial. We were joking over movie plots while he advised me on how to save money with specific products and future visits to him. He was clearly focused on helping me succeed in my eye health more than generating profit from my visit. I’ve bounced around eye doctors all over Brooklyn and Manhattan for years and this is by far my best experience. I won’t be able to trust anyone other than Dr. Nyugen!

Best optician in Brooklyn. Fast services. Once I walked in the receptionist robin welcome me with a smile and helped me set up my new appointment. Ray the doctor was so sweet she was patient with me and also gave me a new treatment for people with dry eyes. Absolutely love this place. Would definitely be back.
