E/O/S absolutely SAVED me yesterday. I’m a daily contact wearer who had an eye infection and needed to wear glasses for a week. My last glasses were from 2002 and I couldn’t walk around blind all week! Enter Eyes on Slope. I handed them my Rx from my usual provider and told them my story…not only were my glasses beautiful and perfect - they were ready in 15 minutes. Not kidding. They can do same day (afternoon) glasses and I’m sure 1-hour glasses. Also the doctors and staff were so kind and concerned about my eye issue. Can not recommend enough. (they do also accept Eye Med)!

Great atmosphere, great staff, know how to interact with customers in a personalized way. Helped me get in an order of contact lenses that came in just a few days. They also had sunglasses here, and I got my first prescription pair and they look AWESOME, I get tons of compliments on them. Good spot in Brooklyn.

Wait time for me appointment was practically non-existent and on time. Hard to find a place in Brooklyn where you don't have to wait over a half hour to get your eyes checked out. The optician is super friendly and makes the entire exam a breeze. Highly satisfied with my experience here.

Showed up just before closing time, and Dennis stayed late to adjust my glasses and give me new nose pads. He took his time to make sure they fit just right and gave me a careful explanation of what he was doing with every adjustment. Give this man a raise!

Best experience ever. I needed new glasses after a dog chewed my old ones and had a wedding the same day. Ashanti made sure I was taken care of, she was absolutely amazing! And the optometrist came in on short notice to fit my lenses and adjust the new frames. I am blown away by how kind everyone was and how quickly they worked to get me into new glasses. Stellar service!

Took my 15-year-old much-loved, much-abused, and quite fragile Kawasaki rimless frames, which were basically falling apart. Vladimir did an amazing job, ordering new bushings, calling as soon as they came in, and not only replacing the bushings but realigning the entire frames, strengthening and cleaning, and charging me only for the very inexpensive bushings. Great! My ancient glasses are like new. :)

The worst ! After 45 min waiting time the doctor finally came to see me but was busy another 15 min with his “wine order” on the phone in front of me .
I was seeking help for my severe dry eyes .
He told me my insurance wouldn’t pay for medicated eye drops so I should use over the counter stuff .
Funny , because my insurance paid for brain surgery and all treatments .
He was really impolite on top .
The nurse tried her best and she was really sweet but the doctor is a no go !!!!!!!!

My mother has been trying to get a surgery done here for sometimes now. There has been a delay due operating room issues. But so far the staff and the doctor has been trying their best to get it done! I appreciate Dr. Smith taking his time to take my call and continue to care for my mother.
FYI: Dr Smith is known to be one of the best eye surgeon. So go to him without hesitation!
UPDATE - 01/03/2023
My mother had her surgery about month and half ago. She is doing very well! The surgery went well. I am so very thankful to Dr. Smith and his office staff for taking care of my mother. She was a bit scared but had 100% confidence on Dr. Smith. It is important to note that it’s hard to find doctors these days that genuinely care about their patient. Dr. Smith happens to be one of the best ones.

The Doctor himself is very rude and disrespectful. This is my third visit to the office but it will be my last. Dr. Peter talks to his patients in a condescending and disrespectful tone. My brother has special needs and gets fidgety when being examined by doctors. Dr. Peter had an attitude the entire time when working with my brother and just was dismissive to my brother when he wouldn’t sit still. For myself, I told the doctor that the glasses are making my vision worse. In a rude tone, he said and I quote, “that’s obviously why you’re here because you can’t see.” Dr. Peter, obviously I can not see. I am not stupid and I am well aware of that. I am not the doctor though. It is your job to address concerns about my vision because that is what you are getting paid to do. Additionally, my father was there for an appointment as well. He talked to my father as if he was a six year old. Getting upset that my father was squinting and closing his eyes because of the eye drops telling him “I told you stop closing your eyes. You’re not listening. I need you to open your eyes.” Overall, Dr.Smith is rude and lacks decent customer service skills and compassion which is needed as a doctor. I would rate this place a -1000 stars if I could. Do NOT come here!
