Generally satisfied. However, had a one and a half hour wait to see Dr. Albergo during last visit

My son has been seeing Dr Hong and had vision therapies at the center for years. She is the best pediatric eye doctor that we have seen. She is patient, really kind and knowledgeable. All the staff are really friendly and kind. We love the whole team. Thank you!

Because of Nate my experience was awesome. He's the best employee you have in that store! He took a genuine interest in my concerns! Give him a raise!!!

Dr. Sue was very patient and thorough. It felt like he was taking his time going over my family medical history and any concerns I had. He also answered all of my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. It was also very easy to make an appointment, and once I showed up, I didn’t need to wait long to be called back. Good experience!

I was extremely nervous the day of my lasik but everyone in office including the doctor made me feel completely reassured everything was going to go great and I was on my way to 20/20 vision and it would all be worth it in the end. During the procedure the doctor walked me through the whole process as he was doing it and that made me calmer for sure. It took less than 15 minutes and I was on my way home. The aftercare was super easy and very little discomfort, sleep it off and the following morning you will feel absolutely no discomfort. I had a -7 and -8 prescription and never thought I’d be able to have 20/20 vision so quickly without glasses or contacts, 10/10 highly recommend!!

Dr Bruce Fleischer gave me an in depth exam. He explained everything that I asked. I got glasses for distance and sunglasses for distance. I absolutely love my frames!! Iya helped me and she was so very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this Pearle Vision in Oakwood to all my friends. I had a great experience.

Best doc ever; I am so sad that he is closing the office, but no one deserves retirement, more than Dr. Marberger. God bless and enjoy!

Received a prescription here and had glasses made elsewhere. Prescription clearly was off. Albright said he couldn’t do anything about it unless I bought glasses from him. So I bought from Albright, and was upsold for more than $200 out of pocket, after insurance. Again the glasses were unusable. This time I was told they could not fix them, and they could not take them back, but they could remake them as single-vision, which I did not want (my glasses were progressives). But either way I wasn’t getting my money back. Thankfully my insurance company agrees this is ridiculous and is allowing me to use a lens credit elsewhere, but I’m still out the $200. By the way, the last time I asked the Albright office about this, they told me they’d call me “right back.” That was three days ago. I’m not holding my breath, and I won’t ever return.

I was experiencing swelling and pain in my right eyelid. I actually got a same-day appointment with the ophthalmologist I see. Amazing! He reassured me that the problem was common and would get better on its own. It was very reassuring! Excellent care!
