After seeing you on Monday, the 13th, you pierced my left eye where there was a bump on top. The bump went down, but is still there. Is there something I can do to help it go away? Candy Woodward

I can’t say enough about Huntsville Family Eye Care. Yari answered my phone call with such kindness. Her gentle demeanor was so inviting as she listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. She immediately spoke with Dr. Hawque who pulled away to call and hear more. He too was kind and asked detailed questions as he listened to each of my concerns. He gave me a number to contact if the issue happened again before the appointment and said he would assist in getting me emergency care if needed. At my appointment Dr. Schmidt greeted me with kindness, asked questions, thoroughly explained what tests he would be running and listened attentively to all of my concerns. He took his time, answered each question, showed me the test results and explained what I was seeing in each image he took. Coming from someone who has medical trauma and “white coat”, I can’t recommend their services enough. I truly felt like I was with family and that my care was of utmost importance.

Went for my first eye injection since moving to Arizona. Didn't even feel it or have any pain after unlike my last Dr. He is so nice and takes his time with you. I would highly recommend him!

I and my spouse went for yearly eye exam and the doctor performed the eye exam on me and my spouse and gave me the prescriptions for new glasses. Front desk asked me to pay the co pay after the exam. I do not have copay and Pearle are on my MetLife vision insurance in-network plan. I denied all the optional services on their tablet forms. She forced me to sign the document after the eye exam. She didn't told me anything upfront about the copay or the charges. I do not have a good feeling about there business practices. I might have to pursue with The Ohio attorney general and bbb once I get any claim.

I called three times to make an appointment since they're very close to where I live. They never picked up phone calls and when you go in person to schedule an appointment, you're completely ignored. There were two optometrists sitting and casually talking while I stood there for few minutes with no response so they either hate their jobs or are extremely lazy.

I never really give reviews but I felt this one was a must. Everyone in here is super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcomed and try to help you in their best capacity. Not to mention their prices are low and they hooked me up with an extra discount. 10/10

Excellent! Chiang Christine OD is a magician! I've been spending 22 months with another Dr. and continuedly ordered 5 pairs of eyeglasses and contact lens those are ALL FAIL. I thought my world is ending. Finally, I came to Dr. Chiang. She did magic to place lens in front of the wrong eyeglasses and started over the exam to get two prescriptions - one for distance, another for computer. Yesterday I picked up them. Amazing! I got renascence！！！（At SAME eyeglasses maker, I ordered the eyeglasses per the prescriptions of wrong Dr.'s and Dr. chiang's. The wrong Dr. ever asked me: if the eyeglasses maker has different manner to do it? Why always incorrect?)

Do NOT go here if you care about your eyes! My grandma came here and they did laser surgery and left her WORSE. Said her glucoma was gonna leave her blind and we went to get a second opinion and they said her vision is fine. Everyone in the waiting room talks about how surgery from this place leaves them worse. I am not joking please. Get referred somewhere else.
