What a great Doctor. Dr. Steiner took the extra time , to make sure I was happy. He is very personable, has a excellent staff and clean office.

The staff are very helpful and up to speed. They explained what America's best has to offer and what was beneficial for me since I pay out of pocket. Had to return my glasses due to the prescription not adjusting to my eyesight. With my second visit I met with the doctor to correct the issue (free of charge of course). Picked up my new glasses with no issues within two weeks. Thank you! This would be my 3rd year with them and at other locations as well.

First time here, Eye doctor was nice but the wait to see doctor was 2 hours. We got frustrated having to wait so long. Out all the years coming to eye doctor never had to wait so long it’s ridiculous.

I’ve been going to all about eyes for 35 years wow yes that’s along time love the staff I feel like their family and miss Dr Jacobs amazing doctor . The new optometrist is amazing. Doctor check up would be proud. He’s very professional kind and seems like the stuff I really like him as well. I drive all the way from Santa Barbara to go to all about eyes. I have been going to EYEcenter for 2 years. I have worn glasses since I was 8 and contacts since I was 16. I'm so impressed with how thorough my eye exams are. This office seems to have much more updated equipment than the last eye doctor I was seeing (in San Diego), and they are always really quick and courteous. With my glasses, I've been able to come in multiple times to get them adjusted after trying them out. The staff are always VERY attentive and willing to make any adjustments very quickly. The office is well organized and I've never had to wait more than a minute to be seen. The office is also shared with my dentist so that makes it very convenient!

The phone listed here is a fax number. The staff were talking all the time and it was noisy. I had to wait an hour to get some basic tests.

Me and my family have been with Dr. Bao for the past 12 years. She did a great job examining our eyes and provides us accurate readings for our prescription glasses. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my new set of glasses from Eyes on the City. It was truly a great experience, largely because of Jennifer, my optician who was patient, knowledgeable and wanted me to have the glasses I would be most happy with! I must have tried on over 40 glasses ! Yet she was patient and very helpful! I would definitely recommend Eyes on the City and of course, Jennifer who made my experience super enjoyable !

I took my 9 year old daughter for an eye exam today and we had the best experience! She was a little nervous but everyone that helped us was extremely kind and friendly. Dr. Owei is amazing and the lady who helped us pick out frames was so patient with us as we tried on so many frames and was very helpful to us picking out the right size and fit. I will be recommending One Vision Optometry to everyone I know.

We have ordered 2 pairs of glasses through Optiwow, and have been extremely pleased both times. Not only do they have a great selection of frames, but also excellent customer service. My son had a physician’s change to his script, and the staff at Optiwow rushed the order so we can receive the glasses before leaving for a vacation. We will certainly be return customers!
