I highly recommend Site for Sore Eyes in Concord. After weeks with another optometrist office I found myself in an urgent situation. I first stopped in to this location to see if they could help me with one pair of glasses in a very short timeframe. After hearing a positive response, which quite frankly I didn’t anticipate, I began looking at their selection of frames. Mohammad patiently assisted me, finding a pair just right for me. I got them the information they needed to begin the process. Shortly after our meeting I found out the unfortunate news that I still needed new lenses for my readers as well. I took my old frames over to Site for Sore Eyes to again find out if they could help. They checked for me and added this pair to my order, these to be ready at the same time. Not only were they able to do one pair for me, they completed both that day! To me they not only created one miracle for me, but two. I am so grateful to both Mohammad and Gita for their professionalism, assistance, knowledge and great care they showed me. They deserve more than 5 stars, for me they were lifesavers. Thank-you!

Great place to go. Ive been to some optometry and this place by Far is the best one. The staff is great friendly. The process was easy. Called made appointment and boom. Done and wait time was next to none. Got my glasses in a fast turnaround. Thank you doctor Benkle and staff.

I have been going to ClearVue for years. What keeps me going back is that they use cutting edge technology coupled with very knowledgeable staff to ensure the best eye care possible. The best marriage of technology and human knowledge in their specialty I have witnessed in a long time. Each exam year I have received excellent examination of my eyes with a thorough review of the results. My concerns are listened to, and discussed in detail. The end result is a clear path forward for my long term eye care, and glasses that more than meet the needs of my daily activities.

Always a great experience with Dr. Nichols and Sue, their "Contacts Guru!" My husband and I feel confident in the services we receive at OPI and truly appreciate feeling valued as patients. Dr. Nichols is wonderful and really takes her time with us - you get a good, thorough exam! The team of check in, check out and assistants are top notch too!

Staff were really rude over the phone and even more in person. I had an appt and left with a trial pair of contacts that just didn’t feel comfortable. So when I asked to try another pair they gave me a hard time about it. Apparently I would’ve had to pay for an additional visit ranging from $70-$90 to get any other trial contacts. First time I ever came across this problem. Now I understand everyone has their own policies but what bothered me was how rude the staff was about it. Never again would I walk in to this place or ever recommend to any friends or family.

Dr. Sakamoto is a great doctor, professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate, 5 stars doctor. The office staff are 1 star at its best; rude, indifferent treat the patients like an inconvenience. Do not answer calls from the pharmacy or patients. A patient can be 1-2 weeks without a refill, very disappointed
