Awful customer service from a tall lady with brown hair, possibly a lead or manager at the Santa Rosa branch. She seemed annoyed to be helping me and was condescending, was responding with an attitude, and overall rude. She carried herself in an "I'm better than you" manner and acted like I couldn't afford the glasses quality I was looking for. Also acted very irritated when I was asking questions to figure out their price range. Perhaps providing more training on how to deal with customers of different ages and backgrounds could be beneficial to her.

My daughter attends college in Abilene and her glasses broke. I called Texas Midwest Optical to see if they could help. I explained the situation and the wonderful lady on the phone said, "Send her right over. We'll get her fixed up!" The were so friendly and helpful and got her glasses fixed immediately. They didn't charge her at all and told her to come back if she needed any other adjustments. I can't say enough about them. If you need an optician in Abilene, this is the place to go!

They are LOST! And admit it!, Drs. Are ok if you like a Kaiser type system. They have switched to Total Visionsystem where if you have good insurance you’re gonna pay much more now! The staff could not even give me a price on my two new glasses. DOVE OPT is much better, one dr. Every time, very competent staff.

It was a smooth experience. The eye exam was quick and staff was courteous overall. The only off putting piece of my experience was that once I got my prescription no one seemed to help me with recommendations about wearing glasses or anything else. It was my first eye exam in 5 years and I've never had any glasses before so I was looking for some more understanding of my prescription and some help with how to take care in future. Maybe they don't do it anymore anywhere but I tried asking questions about my doubts and still did not receive very satisfactory answers. I'd still recommend this place to anyone for an eye exam because doctor and staff made sure to work with me for my issues.

Dr. Scott and her staff were all very personable and professional. They put you at ease during the examinations and thoroughly explained the procedures they performed. My concerns were addressed in a manner that was clear and concise. Would highly recommend her and her practice.

Very clean facility and helpful employees. The specialist who proformed my exam was very knowledgeable and explained my condition. Would highly recommend this place of business.

“I had been eagerly awaiting my mom’s appointment with Dr. Ramin Tayani for two months, only to be met with extreme unprofessionalism and disregard for our time. Our original appointment was rescheduled due to an emergency surgery, which inconvenienced me greatly as I had to adjust my work schedule. We arrived promptly at 9:45 AM for our 10 AM appointment, but the doctor didn’t show up until 11:15 AM. It was evident that he was mot still in the office To make matters worse, his behavior was completely unacceptable – he was chewing gum and sloppy looking. Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay. Instead of addressing our concerns, Dr.Tayani told us that he was at the beach and that we were welcome to leave. It was clear that our time and the inconvenience we experienced were of little importance to him. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Tayani Waiting for almost two hours beyond our scheduled appointment time, only to be treated with such indifference, is completely unacceptable. As a patient who had waited for months for this appointment, I expected better treatment and respect for our time. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Tayani left us without any examination or assistance, wasting our time and effort. I strongly advise others to reconsider seeking care from Dr. Amin Tajani, as his unprofessional behavior and disregard for patients’ time and well-being are deeply concerning.”

Everyone at Dr. Solomons office was great. From the moment I walked in I immediately felt comfortable about going in for cataract surgery. The staff is so nice from the front desk to the surgical suite that you feel you are in good hands immediately. I was amazed at how quickly the procedure went. The eye surgery took about 10 minutes at the most. Quicker than the time to prep me for the procedure. It's a whole new world after cataract surgery. Everything is so clear and the colors are so vivid. Two friends of mine signed up for the surgery after I told them about my experience. I highly recommend Dr Solomon and his staff if you are thinking of getting cataract surgery. Carl J. Cooper

Dr. Ballard was a joy to talk to & I feel she's such a sweetheart too. I was in/out with no issues. My daughter& I just love this company as everyone are so nice & professional. I wish I could remember the other lady's name that I 1st saw as she also was nice & easy to talk to. Ms. Sue was great in helping me with my glasses selection. In all, I had a great experience & don't plan on changing eye doctor's. Have a blessed day!
