Dr Songy is a true professional. I enjoyed meeting her and her attention to detail. Her guidance and recommendations were very helpful.

I have been coming to this location for the past five years and have had a great experience every time. The staff is always friendly, outgoing and willing to help. Kathy just goes above and beyond- even though I only come in once a year she remembers me and makes me feel like family. I wish they had more frames styles to choose from.

Doctors are great. Do not order your eye glasses here. They have screwed up my daughters glasses 3 times. Poor thing has been waiting over a month to be able to see.

Very nice and clean place, all the receptionists were very friendly, and efficient. The staff were also efficient and friendly and the Doctor was thro and took the time to explain everything to me. I definitely would recommend this place

I love seeing Dr. Ha. She is so knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. When I got new insurance, I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to see Dr. Ha, but all worked out. Even if she didn't take my new insurance, I still would have visited her. Highly recommend!!

The receptionist was very helpful, the rest of the staff are terribly rude. I asked the gentleman that was sizing my glasses if the Doctor wrote me a script, he got all upset and said something to me that I won't repeat. Someone is going to punch that A-hole right in the nose. The entire staff will not answer questions , you can forget about getting an eye exam, alls they do is fit you for expensive glasses. The joint is nothing more than a high priced glasses mill . I would highly advise you to seek other optical options.

Answered all questions. Had explanations for my issues. Was on time. As an older person I appreciated that no one was condescending. It was a positive experience.

CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and WELCOMING. Came in yesterday afternoon for an appointment and the 3 ladies that are running the check ins, intakes, etc. at the place are wonderful. They made sure everything was ready, clean, and good to go for me upon arrival which is very reassuring during this pandemic. They currently have a limited occupancy which is honestly GREAT since I don’t like being in a place where I’m shoulder to shoulder with people, especially in a medical environment. Who ever the manager is, is honestly doing a great job with a great staff. Stand out professionalism all around. Definitely would recommend this place, mostly for the great staff and attention to detail.

My initial thought... If you can, find someone else. Had an appt... Got called back 45 minutes later... Tech starts one test, and WALKS OFF! I have to find someone to get her back to finish the test! Only to realize, she didn't set me up correctly for the first side... She had to call someone in to help her! We move to a second test... She had to call someone in AGAIN! Then, although I should move on to the doctor, I'm told they HAD to take someone ahead of me!!! WTF! Should anything improve DRASTICALLY, I will update my review. But right now, I am crazy underwhelmed, and will most likely have to leave before they get around to completing my visit because of another obligation that was scheduled 3 hrs later!
