Dr. Lin is amazing! He’s gone above and beyond for me. Even stayed late to made sure I received premium care when I had an eye infection. I went to an urgent eye care place and they prescribed me the wrong medication and I could’ve consequently had MAJOR PROBLEMS had I not sought Dr. Lin’s opinion. He's the absolute best and cares so much. He’s extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Fantastic with kid appts.
Aaron is also amazing and quick with emails. If you’re in/near Downtown Brooklyn this office is the best!

Had a wonderful experience at Park Slope Eye. This office was recommended by my sister, who has been coming here for close to a decade. Even though I did not have an appointment, Dr. Bazan was kind enough to squeeze me in, he was very accommodating. He was able to provide answers to all of my questions and concerns, and he properly fit me for my first set of contacts. Very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I trust his opinion.

Horrible!!! Scheduled a appointment for 12 ( nooon) not midnight. Arrived at 11:40 in waiting room for THREE hours‼️ There was no problem asking for my co payment upon arrival. Very disappointed in NYU
Langone. One star is too high it should be ZERO!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for awhile and they are a hardworking group satisfying their patients daily. They could use more space.

Had an Okay visit with NYU Langone Eye Center Brooklyn Heights..More convenient for me than the Manhattan location and the staff were very nice and accommodating even if there was a bit of gap for a wait period to see the doctor..It was alright in general..I love that they have an Optical center as you walk in the building very convenient looking forward to future visits.

They managed to get me an appointment very quickly. I waited a bit in the waiting room, but I didn't mind because they didn't rush the actual exam. It was a comfortable experience, the doctor explained my eye issues in depth which I've never experienced before after 12 years of wearing glasses! They answered all the questions I had.

I called this place after closing when I had a super painful corneal abrasion and needed help ASAP. I had spoken to 3 places before I called here and everyone said it was too late (it was around 4pm) and Alexandra and Ola were so sympathetic and agreed to stay late to help me. I’m so grateful for them and for an institution that has sympathy for patients - definitely recommend coming here!

I Highly Recommend Doctor Christina Cherny, she is a super professional and takes care of her patients. She thoroughly examined my eyesight, and gave me the best advises with a prescription. Thanks to people work at the reception desk as well.

These people are insane crooks or oblivious. When you walk in they want you to digitally sign off on everything with one signature on 24 or 30 pages of financials, disclosures, selling and distribution of your information, open collections, limitless billing and more. No lawyer or person with half a brain would ever blindly sign anything having to do with such a place unless they're blind. I mean seriously they're nuts jobs, such nerve, such fraudulance, very highly unethical medical practice. Unreal. You get minus (-) zero stars.

At registration they asked us to digitally sign 3 signatures that were required. They will print the forms after they are digitally signed.
It was signed and I asked for copies.
Prior to signing, I had no idea what was in their paperwork. They won't show me any of it. They said it's privacy acknowledgement forms.
One of them expressly says: by signing I give up my federal consumer protections and agree to pay more for out of network care.
With this signature I acknowledge that I am consenting of my own free will and am not being coerced or pressured.
I asked them what is this about? You refused to show me the paperwork and require this signature from us?
The answer was this is a new federal requirement. Go call the federal government.
I felt tricked pressured and coerced to signing this. I was told the signature is a requirement and I was told they will show me the paperwork after it's signed.
Translation: Mount Sinai is saying It's a new federal requirement that mount Sinai force patients to sign away their rights and pay above and beyond for medical care.
I told them I would like to refuse to sign this because it's an option. The front desk said "I don't know go ask my manager." The manager tells her to go back and mark the check box that patient refused to sign. The front desk girl tried and said she can't go back and undo the signature. She then said she will put a note in there to say patient refused to sign. I don't even know what that means since the signature was entered.
Of the 3 signature, I only received print outs for 2 items. I have no clue what the 3rd one was.
Very shady.
