Excellent staff, very friendly and well trained. The clinic is well equipped. but!!! This place doesn't value your time. I came to an appointment that was scheduled for 11:00am. As a result, I got to the doctor at 1:35pm. 2.5 hours of waiting negates any good attitude!

Julia Giyaur is a great doctor. I've had a bunch of different problems with both eyes. When Dr. Giyaur did cataract surgeries, each of my eyes required not only a lot of tests and measurements, but also a big deal of intuition coming from her huge experience. She is knowledgeable, skillful and compassionate. What makes her different from most of the doctors is that she does not concentrate only on a particular narrow problem. Dr. Giyaur cares about one's eyes and vision all in all. I am so grateful to Dr. Giyaur! I also have only good things to say about staff in NY Laser Vision, from manager to receptionists. They helped me a lot with ridiculous paperwork demands from flexible spending account, insurance, work-from-home letters. Thank you Natalie and the whole team of New York Laser Vision!

Made appointment and they forgot to tell me they relocated 30 blocks away. The appointment was made with Dr, Feig. But when arrived, I was told he was on “Vacation” and I saw Dr, Fay? A cold uninterested detached sort. I asked about a cyst I’ve had inside my eye for weeks. She looked thru her equipment and didn't say a word. Finally, she recommended I see a surgeon…. Why, I asked, just to look at it, she replied. Any idea what it is that I have in my eye? She didn’t know…… NEVER coming back to this place….. not recommend.

There is a doctor at the 4th Ave facility, who does not warn you that a certain treatment could cause cataracts, and proceeds to prescribe it for 90 days, which could affect someone's eyesight, so be cautious.

Nice office with friendly staff, great bedside manner from the doctors and Annie helped everything go perfectly smooth to get me new glasses which was way overdue. Thanks again!

Ive been coming here for a while and at first I thought it was pretty decent but lately it has been terrible. I’ll make an appointment months in advance and have it canceled a week before because the doctor isn’t gonna be there. And it happened again just now, the same issue second time in a row. They also gave me no options to reschedule the appointment only one day which I cannot make it. Also the waiting room is a nightmare!!! Over an hour wait and people are literally having to sit on the floor, stand around, because there aren’t any more seats available to wait. Definitely go somewhere else if you have the option

The worst, most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. Do not go here unless you want to wait at least an hour until your appointment time. If you have a morning appointment, you will see the doctors that you are seeing come in 20 minutes after you’ve been sitting waiting, and you still won’t be seen for 45 minutes. The doctors themselves are pretty decent, but this is an unprofessional, logistical nightmare that has no respect for patients’ time.

Dr. Lin is amazing! He’s gone above and beyond for me. Even stayed late to made sure I received premium care when I had an eye infection. I went to an urgent eye care place and they prescribed me the wrong medication and I could’ve consequently had MAJOR PROBLEMS had I not sought Dr. Lin’s opinion. He's the absolute best and cares so much. He’s extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Fantastic with kid appts. Aaron is also amazing and quick with emails. If you’re in/near Downtown Brooklyn this office is the best!
