Great customer service, the Doctor was very friendly, gave me a very detailed exam. Explained everything to me , told me what I need it to do to take of my eyes . Overall it is a great place to get your eye exam, also have great specials on the glasses.

It's a good place

Been seeing him for years. He is amazing and everyone else who sees him thinks so too. He trained with the best Dr. Boyer in Los Angeles. San Diego is so lucky to have Dr. Smith.

Dr. Passmore was clearly experienced and willing to answer my questions and concerns, and the office staff were friendly and knowledgable. I also appreciated that they were willing to do my specific evaluation and minor procedure in the same day, since I was self pay.

I came for the first time and I must say that the experience I had here was by far the best I’ve ever had in a doctors office ! The best care I’ve ever had from the most helpful team that I’m sure exists. I remember an employee who’s name was Sam that was very attentative to me and made sure my eye exam was handled properly. She handled all my questions with a smile and never made it seem like I was bothering her. Loved the experience I had and will definitely be coming again !

I been coming here for about 10 years and I love it, they are always so nice, respectful, very helpful and understanding. The receptionist has been there for as long as I've been going and she is amazing very sweet ladie. Sometimes they hire new people but they are always great! Great experience n staff overall.

Go anywhere else. This place doesn’t have it together. Brought my elderly mother here as she was referred from her primary care doc. She had an appointment at 3:15 and we came early to fill out new patient paperwork at 2:55. Paperwork took five mins and we were all checked in by 3:00 although we didn’t see the doctor until 4:28. Dr. Eason was nice enough but the 6 women you have to navigate first reminded me of people who work for the DMV. You couldn’t pay me to come back. Thankfully we were referred to another practice.

The 3 star is for the very long wait. The procedure went well and in that part I did have a good experience and for that I'll give it 5 star.

My vision has been slowly changing, but yesterday, I could barely see my face in the mirror. I called to see if I could get a same day appointment and I was seen by Dr. Berbos within 2 hours of my call. He was very thorough and his office staff was so very kind. I received a diagnosis and was very relieved when I left his office. There will be additional procedures and I know that I will be treated with the same warmth and kindness. My driver shared that the staff was kind to him as well. Today, Dr. Berbos called me to let me know that status on a new prescription. He could have easily asked one of his staff members to call me, but Dr. Berbos cared enough to make the call himself. Thank you to Dr. Berbos and his staff. I appreciate each and every one of you.

Dr Macy is the best. I had a cataract that developed as an expected side effect from a prior surgery. Because of the post surgical condition of my eye the doctor that I saw at that time had extreme difficulty taking measurements for the implant and was very unsure about my results post cataract surgery. My family were all patients of Dr. Macy and highly recommended him. Not only did Dr. Macy take accurate and precise measurements effortlessly but he also assured me that the post surgical results would be fine. The surgery was smooth, painless, and quick with excellent results. I am very greatful to Dr. Macy and hope he continues to work for many years to come as he is my, and my family's, physician of choice.

I love coming to Ala Moana eyecare! Dr Hara is so nice and professional! I have been coming here for 12 years and will continue to come back for Dr. Haras services!
