I got a pair of glasses after cataract surgery and they weren’t right. I went back twice, once to see if the glasses were made correctly and the second time to see if the prescription was correct. The prescription was not correct as I could not read with them and I could read with Walmart readers. Illinois eye center stands behind their product. I am getting new correct lenses. Thank you

Dr. Delianides and his team are the best. Appointments are usually on time, efficient, and organized. Everyone is kind and professional. Bethany the optician has a great selection of glasses and is the best at helping you select the perfect frame for your prescription and face. My husband, son and I are very pleased with the care we have received here. Highly recommend.

I had a serious issues with my eyes and my personal primary care would not help me out,but this place with the doctor and her team help and assist me with excellent care and help me out with my license issue and was able get me going right out the door. Dr Alisha Khurgin was awesome ! Spent time explaining her findings and making sure specialist appointments were set up. Office staff were so nice.

I've been waiting for my glasses for almost a month, at first the carrier lost my glasses, found out last week that they found them and I would have them at the beginning of this week. It is now Thursday and I still do not have my glasses and I MIGHT get them either Friday or Monday which is totally unacceptable because I need my glasses. It seems like nobody is jumping through hoops to make a customer happy! it's ridiculous I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and I think it will be finding a new eye doctor due to this. It's like they don't care that I can't see and I'm limited on things I can do and it's been almost a month since I've been to the eye doctor.

Love this place! I chose from many different pairs of glasses - one perfect for my shape of face! And they also quickly made me the lenses that I ordered from this wonderful store! Definitely 5/5 stars
