Dr Gutman shows care and compassion in his treatment. I never feel rushed when it's my turn and feel confident in the care I've received. The doctors at the centered saved my vision and my quality of life.. it's been 22 yrs since my initial procedure.. no results aren't always what we might want but I can work read and drive with minor adaptations. I trust no one else but Dr G and Dr. Higgins!

hello ! I would like to take the time of writing this review . this is the worst experience I had when I called for an eye emergency appointment and was toll there is not availability until September . who does this kind of schedules for not emergency visits ? referring me to another doctor when I live right next to this office. I know this office is great but it was not the best service given when all my family goes to this office and the first time i call for an emergency and this is what I get . Emergency eye appointments are always priority the front desk also needs to be informed to save appointments for emergency and not telling the patients that the next appointments its September or January

I've been a patient of Dr. Pruzon's for over 10 years. I followed her to this practice even though it is out of the way for me. However, when I called in July to make an appointment because I felt my vision had gotten worse, I was told by the receptionist that the next available appointment wasn't until November and another doctor couldn't see me until October!

The staff at the front is terrible. They never answer the phone when you're trying to call. I actually sat in the waiting room to try to cool and watched as they walked around the office on their cell phone to doing absolutely nothing listening toe phone ring. terrible front desk of workers. The personalities up front leave much to be desired.

We were referred here from a friend. The staff is friendly and very clean office. The turn around them for glasses and lens to come in is quick. Highly recommend!

Walked in intrested in contacts. Left with a trial pair of contracts. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the Dr. is amazing! Would recommend this office!

I'm happy to support a local small business, the fact that they are wonderful to work with is a bonus. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They are very patient with fitting me with right contact script. I've been a customer for more than 10 years and they have always been professional, courteous and easy to work with. Great frame selection and they have the expertise when it comes to technical questions or issues working with the insurance companies. I have referred many new customers to them, because they are great to work.

I called to make an appointment for under eye filler. She told me it was $130 consultation. That money would go towards the filler, but couldn’t give me a price range what what I was after. Unfortunately, because she did not give me a price range, I hung up and scheduled with someone different. A suggestion to the company…let the client know the approximate value per syringe. If I got there and it was $1000 (knowing its 500-600 typically) I would be out $130.

Didn't discuss surgery. Rushed out with one eye dropped. Performed another repair surgery on the dropped eyelid in office two weeks later. It failed

Helping a friend get new lenses in her frames. She's been coming here for 20 plus years. We've always had good experiences. This current experience was exceptionally good. Very organized and professional all the way around from the front desk to the optometrist. Waiting to get glasses and then will post update. But so far a very particular patient is very satisfied.

Drove from Wayne to Lincoln park to pick up glasses, says open until 5 but they were closed at 4:20 not very good business etiquette. I think we’re probably gonna start going someplace else. Sign on door even says until 5 but they had a closed sign,?
