I have to say, Dr. Hilliard, at the Pearland location, and her staff were exceptional! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional! Dr. Hilliard didn't seem rushed at all even tho it looked like they were busy. Dr. Hilliard took her time to explain everything she was doing and helped me understand all that was being done. I've been to a few eye Drs in the past and Dr. Hilliard and her staff go above and beyond what I even expected!! Thank you to everyone in that office!!

I was a little late due to traffic but they were extremely accommodating and called me to check on where I was. Office was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly. Albert did my pre-screening before I saw the doctor and he was very personable and informative about all the tests. He was able to answer a few questions I had before seeing the doctor. Dr.Lam was very nice and easy to ask questions to. It was almost as if she was an old friend I hadn’t seen in a while, she was inviting and could relate to my feelings about previous eye appointment at other establishments. She sent me away feeling great about my new contacts and eventually new glasses! Thankyou to the whole team!!

Great customer service. The glasses came in exactly when they told me it would. They were very helpful with my daughter choosing her frames.

I've come into this shop multiple times only to be greeted and treated with the utmost respect. They have an amazing team! Aaron and Liz have always gone above and beyond in customer service for me. I'm very thankful we have people that respect and care for the community members as they do. Its always a great experience when you walk into Rx Optical on Alpine. Dr. Harter was very nice and he was extremely thorough. He took the time to examine me and didn't rush through my appointment. I have been having many issues with my eyes because of thyroid condition, lupus and sjogrens. He understood this and knew what to do. Other doctors I had seen before didn't really seem to have enough knowledge in that area. I recommend him, especially if you are dealing with other medical reasons that affect your eyes. You will want a doctor that can help make you better. My eyes feel so much better now.

Updated: The doctor reached out to me personally to discuss my review as he cares about patients and their satisfaction with services. While my first interactions regarding billing, my appointment and finding the place we're not clear, he took the time to listen and address all my concerns without me feeling rushed or unheard. He heard my feedback and stated he would take that into account which is leaps beyond what most offices do on island. Overall, my appointment with the doctor was informative and he had good care. He is very knowledgeable. Know that since he is a specialist, billing will be as a medical appointment.

I love my glasses. I arrived 30 minutes early and they had no problem beginning the process. I’m young and never had glasses so I went in not knowing what I wanted or what to do. Everyone was helpful and understanding that I also had budget. I loved the virtual experience and the associates were very engaged in my service. My glasses were actually ready in a week and a half I still had about 6 more days. I’m in love PS if you’re from the 252 area bring these ladies some American cookies from the mall I heard they’re a favorite ❤️

Dr. Graham is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but is friendly and personable. He spent more time helping me figure out the best combination of strengths and contact types for my eyes than any doctor has in the last 20 years. He explained everything in terms a non-doctor would understand, and took the time to do so. What a breath of fresh air. Can’t recommend him enough!
