The receptionists were not the nicest at all. I asked for explanations of what I was filling out and of what I would be paying and it was like pulling teeth. (Pun intended) They just weren't very helpful at all. Dr. Yu, however, was amazing. He has a very good bedside manner and very stylish too!! I hope he shows his receptionists how to care for patients like he does!

Dr. O'Day was fantastic! He completed my LASIK procedure and I can now see with 20/15 clarity (better than 20/20). I have recommended him to everyone that I know and I am so thankful that I could trust him to restore my eyesight.

Had the best exam with Dr. Alesha!! Highly recommend her to fit your vision needs. Not only is her attention to detail impressive, she went out of her way to ensure her recommendation fit and -provided me comfort up until the point I was walking out of the store. She also has a great team dynamic which provides a pleasant environment/experience. Her team member Dennis made me feel comfortable as well, while uncovering my needs prior to seeing Dr. Alesha. Would recommend to my closest friends & family.

I went there to order a pair of glasses. I like Oakley frames. I picked out frame and fitted for them. They said 2 weeks. I went back 2 weeks later and was helped by an older lady who was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a problem with one lens. She measured prescription in old glasses and new glasses. She spent a good 40 minutes with me. There were other customers waiting. She did not let me go till I was 100% satisfied.. I will always go back there. I love my glasses too.

Booking an appointment here turned out to be pointless – I ended up waiting for a frustrating 2 hours! Why does this clinic overbook so many patients? If they can't manage the load, they shouldn't be taking so many appointments! This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last.

I thought my vision was fine and just wanted some new glasses that weren't scratched. Turned out my contact prescription was way out of date and in the same appointment they convinced me my vision was not nearly as good as it could've been and got me to get an exam for contacts as well and to return my old contacts. Now my vision is surreal and I'm so thankful they helped me. Loving my new glasses too - they adjusted them to fit my face but unlike other shops, they also still fold closed. Only good vibes at this fine establishment.
