MISSED A STIGMATISM FOR YEARS!!! Go to lensecrafters or americas best for better care.

Dr. Tracy is fourth in a lineup of optomitrists I have been through, and he has successfully and consistently adjusted my vision since we found him. His success in my opinion comes from his elegant marriage of new and old technologies and practices and his willingness and drive to learn and use new methods backed up by solid experience and training. My vision is complicated by 20/200ish nearsightedness, 7l & 8r astigmatism, and the need for years of vision therapy in the past. Dr. Tracy evaluated and assimilated all my needs into contact lenses and corrected my vision to between 20/20 & 20/15. We had a couple different tests along the way that led us to our current lenses, but I can now truly experience vivid life again because of his practice. Dr. Tracy is definitely the best optomitrist I know of and friends and family say the same. Even though I have been living in Alabama recently, I have continued to use his services, and as long as I am able, I will do so.

Dr. Wenz is a gentle, caring doctor who explains what he's doing. He lets you know how you're doing, whether better or worse.

Excellent they go above and beyond in customer service and always take there time to hear the customer out and help them to there needs

Dr. Ward is a caring professional and explains his thoughts behind treatment options. Highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Brett Campbell is an excellent doctor. He explained everything about my eyes in “normal terminology” I have complete confidence in him. Excellent manners and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

Needed a last minute appointment due to some severe eye pain and Rita at the front desk scheduled me with Dr Hade for the same morning with such wonderful mannerism. All the staff in the office are extremely kind and Dr Hade is one of the most knowledgeable I’ve been to. This was my first time at the office but I think I have found my new eye Dr! By far the rudest bunch there. My second visit, I overhear staff making fun of a customer that had just left. Katie being one of them and also Zack and another lady who I have no idea what her name is but worked at the front desk. The ophthalmologist always nice and friendly no complaints. His staff otherwise not so friendly. Ordered contacts was given the wrong . And instead of them calling and apologizing for the confusion and asked for them to be returned, so they could correct it. I get blamed for why the order was incorrect. Poor customer service. Would definitely never recommend coming to this location because of poor staff.

What a great optometrist office! Every time I go there I am impressed by the knowledge, quality of care, customer service and positive attitudes of the staff. Drs. Tebyanian and Shipley have trained their staff well, and some of them have been working there for over a decade!. Dr. Tebyanian is friendly (like his staff) and he carefully explains everything so that I feel confident in our decisions. He doesn't rush the visits, or make me feel like I am asking too many questions. I feel lucky to have found this place. I highly recommend North Scottsdale Eye Care to anyone, you can't go wrong with this place!

While it is true, that the wait can be long, Dr. Foote‘s office, in my opinion, he is well worth the wait. He has been treating me since 2016 with great success. Both eyes have been operated on for cataracts, and I have been extremely pleased with the results. His staff is friendly, professional, and very compassionate. Will continue seeing him.

Ask for Eileen. She’s got great taste and makes delightful in store experiences for one of my favorite brands. She’s now sold me 3 frames but this last one is special. I get to deck myself out in some old Hollywood charm with an elegant pair of Gregory Peck shades.
