The doctor here is absolutely rude. He was really frustrated with me because I couldn’t answer the questions he was asking me and I was trying to explain to him but he just didn’t wanna hear it from me. So unprofessional and rude. And of course the manager wasn’t their to assist us so we just walked out. How can they provide services if they are so unhappy with themselves and try and take it out on clients. Never going back again.

My wife and I have trusted our eyes to Elizabeth Goodnight for over 20 years. We would not even think about going elsewhere for eye care. She is a fantastic professional who cares about her patients. She runs a very efficient office & all her associates do an outstanding job making sure you are happy with the service. We believe without a doubt she's the best choice for healthy, happy eyes. If you haven't met her, do yourself a favor and call for that first appointment. You will be delighted you did.

I stopped at your location and the associate Maryan helped and she was amazing! She helped me find the perfect eye wear. Lens Crafters should appreciate the value of this lady, she is truly amazing!

I come to get my glasses here almost every year. Theyre poorly made tho as they would break in only a few weeks of having them, its an ez fix tho but it’s constantly breaking once in a while again. I dont come anymore because they never answer the phone

I have seen Dr. Benn 3 times for a few different reasons. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and explains everything in layman's terms. I would give her 10 stars in that was an option.

Dr. McGannon has been caring for my eyes for several years. Throughout this time he has proven to be highly professional, knowledgeable, understanding, attentive, and thorough. He takes his time to carefully explain his medical findings and provides me with useful information on the summary at the end of every visit. Additionally, there have been several instances I thought of questions after leaving the office, having to contact him via MyChart or phone calls to the office. He or his office staff consistently respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. McGannon!

Sonia was very friendly and helpful, she helped me and my daughter with her glasses. I was referred from the eye doctor next to the Walmart optical and the receptionist was extremely rude, aggressive and hostile, but they're not part of Walmart.

Update 9/23/25: I was finally able to speak with someone to assist me with my contact lens prescription. Irene was very nice and extremely helpful. I can’t thank her enough for her assistance. Hopefully I will be able to order my contact lenses soon. Thanks again Irene!! Since I’ve had my exam in March 2025, I’ve had nothing but issues ordering my contacts line which has never happened before. For months I’ve been trying to contact their office, but it’s impossible to get through and speak with someone. I’ve left messages and never received a call back and tried to email them, but mail email came back as undeliverable. Finally, I went by Costco to visit their office, during their business hours, to speak with someone, but they were not open. I tried calling again several times after that and the phone just kept ringing. It’s been 6 months now and have yet to reach someone and get this resolved. It’s very frustrating!

I have astigmatism and my vision changed quite a bit since last visit. Dr. Aleta was patient to answer my questions, spent great time for my eyes exam, and help to pinpoint cataract on one of my eyes. Greatest optometrist I ever seen!

Very bad experience. Made an appointment for my son a week before the appointment and when I called they asked just for what kind of insurance and nothing else. I insisted to take my insurance over the phone and the receptionist said it’s all good , ones I come to the appointment . Ones I arrive they make me wait for more than an 1 hr for them to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover. Very bad costumer service and communication with patient . I missed a work day and my sons school and just because they didn’t follow thru with the proper insurance procedures .
