Russ Optical is the best! They really know how to take care of customers and keep them coming back! Russ is an outstanding guy! My mom has been going to Russ for almost 20 yrs. She was recently diagnosed with A.L.S. And when we went for her appointment he went above and beyond to help us...even as far as lifting her into the exam chair and putting her into the car. He truly is a great guy! Thank you Russ!

Eye exam with Dr. Bowery and staff member Pam went exceptionally well. I only had to wait a week for appointment. They got me in and out promptly. I only had to fill out one form. Pam processed my insurance without a glitch. Both Dr. Bowery and Pam are delightful people

I brought in a broken pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses and George was able to fix them within 2 hours. I had been told by another optical store that offer repairs that the Oakley's were not repairable. One place that I checked with actually recommended Precision Optical. Very grateful for the great and prompt service. You cannot even tell they were ever broken. Thanks George!

In and out quickly and efficiently. Eye exam was very complete and eye correction measurements were also a breeze. I believe it was Dr.Calvillo that saw me, she is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and easy going. Will definitely reccomend to my equally blind coworkers when needed!

As part of a large HMO I was nervous about having eye surgery. I decided to find a surgeon who was well trained, experienced, with excellent reviews and to pay for it myself. I chose Dr Daniel Kline to remove a pterygium (a growth) from my eye. I could not be more pleased. His surgery center was in a beautiful location in Newport with a friendly and professional staff. The surgery result is flawless and Dr Kline was very kind, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Kline to my family or anyone who is need of eye care.

Vivid Vision Center is a warm, professional clinic. The Doctors and staff were very knowledgeable. I received excellent care. I will be back for my next exam.

Adena and Jennifer were absolutely fantastic! Extremely helpful, very personable, and were overall just great help while I was looking to pick out a pair of lenses! I would 100% recommend this location to anyone in need of a routine check up, or even just shopping!

My initial impressions were good - friendly, responsive staff, and I was pleased with the recommended treatment of my eye issue. However, when I looked at the medical notes for my visit, vital information was incorrect - was stated to use prescription on wrong eye, and no note was made of where the eye infection was at its worse. I then had to follow up on a prescription, called the office 5 times, Erin Ashby was supposed to call me back and never returned my calls, and last I heard they were supposed to follow up on the prior authorization required for the prescription. Yet my pharmacy tells me the doctor office closed the prescription and I need to get a new one. I've left yet another message for Erin but highly doubt my call will be returned as this has been going on for a month now. I'll be looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Crowley and staff were very caring in their approach to my needs. The doctor took time to assess my condition and answer my questions. I am very satisfied. This doctor is exceptionally good.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very attentive, and made me feel comfortable in addition to being very helpful. I wasn’t necessarily prepared to make a purchase, but their kindness, and showing me the advantages of doing so convince me of making a purchase in addition to making a purchase they help me upgrade my prescription with ease.

Dr Olivetti is professional. thorough, and takes pride in assisting her patients.
