Patients are treated like a herd of livestock. We are told it is a 1 to 3 hour wait, with an appointment! We've been waiting in the main waiting area for 1 hour and 45 minutes and still have not seen the doctor. Just because the majority of the patients are seniors does not mean their time is not valuable. Patients are just a herd of livestock being herded through! So sad, it is totally about money and not the patients. This is not acceptable. **Thank you for your response. We normally drive from Fresno to the Eye Q Vision in Selma, there is rarely a wait, and if there is a wait it is normally 10 or 15 minutes, not 2 or 3 hours. But most of all, the staff in Selma is extremely kind!! Patients are treated with courtesy and compassion. We aren't sitting in a packed waiting room being almost assaulted by multiple staff "screaming" out patient names. The environment in the Fresno office is stressful to say the least. Stacking 4 and 5 patients for 1 appointment time shows no regard for the patients. You might want to take a second look at you patient handling in the Fresno office. Again, thank you.

I did not have to wait long although I showed up early. Everyone was very patient. Dr Vo explained everything in depth so that I understood. She explained that I did not need glasses and she gave me a Rx in case I wanted to get a pair anyway. She is greatly recommended.

Everyone is so professional and down to earth and really makes the appointment go smoothly and I smiled through it. Dr Mackenzie is THE BEST. I hope I never have to see anyone but her for my glasses or contacts. So knowledgeable. Fun and helpful and just a sweetheart. Thank you for being such a great place to do all my eye health services!!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The assistant and doctor were very positive and efficient. And the guy who got my order into the system was very knowledgable and patient. He made sure that I got exactly what I needed. Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!

Communication was handled very well with Frisco in Focus. Dr. Clark was very in-demand but I was lucky to get an appointment within a few weeks and received several reminders about my appointment. The actual visit was great. Dr. Clark was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure I received the appropriate care based on my individual health needs. I worked with Alan to pick a new pair of glasses and look forward to picking up my pair in a few weeks. I would highly recommend Frisco in Focus, just make sure you plan ahead because they book up quick.

I have always taken my child to Dr Elkin at Walmart Vison. I had an appointment on Saturday. The appt was at 9:40 and we got there at 9:45 and the rude lady working told me that we would need to reschedule as we were late. I said 5 minutes!! I could understand if we were 15 or so minutes late but literally 5 minutes. She was very rude. I told her we would not be back. It’s sad that because of staff, Dr Elkin has lost 3 patients.

Chantelle and Misha are great they are very knowledgeable and extremely experienced and excellent at their craft. If you want a dope experience come out to Pearle Vision on Lenox Rd and they will customize your look to fit your vibe perfectly!!

Scheduled me for 0830, got there and the Dr is watching TV in the exam room, tells me to wait til 9 am til "the girls get here". Sure pops, I'll wait another 30 minutes past my scheduled appt time for "the girls". AVOID!

Possibly the best vision health office I’ve been to! I’ve worn glasses and contacts for many years and the female provider here is one who ensures optimal service and made me look forward to my next visit. I appreciated my appointment so much that I’ve referred my fiancé and friends here too! The office itself is located in some sort of complex. During my visit during the pandemic, the waiting area was clean and patients spread apart. Wait time was less than 30 minutes for my eye exam. I was able to use their special they had going on which was $40 for a contact lens exam, verses the usual $140 I pay annually. The provider is one I can’t rave enough about. She made the visit personal and discussed my concerns about my eye health since I also have diabetes. They also provide a free trial lens of contact, which always helps. The whole process was an hour long, max. Super efficient, professional, and informative.

Amazing staff, I definitely recommend Canyon City Eye Care. The girls in the front were so professional and helped me pick out glasses that were best suited for me. I’ve never had such a smooth and seamless process before. Shout out to Canyon City for having the best customer service I’ve seen in years.
