Been going to Dr. Coleman for years now. Warm, friendly staff and very prompt. He is very thorough in explanations regarding examinations and medications. He welcomes questions and gives answers in a way that can be easily understood. Great atmosphere. Wonderful group of people!

I had great experience at Optique domain location. I had eye infections which causes great discomfort. I got in appointment the same day I called. Dr. Ibrahim is great. He is knowledgeable and professional. He gave me thorough examination. Dr. Ibrahim took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. My symptoms relieved immediately after I applied the prescription. The staff are also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their office!

I just visited Dr. Nguyen for my second time/ yearly check up. Her staff members are welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Nguyen is just awesome! She took time with me, preformed a thorough examination and showed the highest level of professionalism. Her location stocks an amazing selection of eyeglass frames and there was no pressure given to me in purchasing a new pair. Without reservation, I would recommend Dr. Nguyen as an excellent optometrist.

I just love my semi-annual visits to see Mia and Dr. Wells! They are very kind, professional, and have taken the best of care in keeping the practice clean and safe during such a crazy season.

Awful customer service, rude doctors

I was a participant in a drug trial for four years under the care of Dr Hershberger and her wonderful staff. I had gone in for my routine eye appointment when it was discovered that I had severe wet macular degeneration. This is when I first met Yvonne and Dr. Hershberger. They explained the severity of my problem to me. Showed me scans. Showed me what was normal and what was not. Everything was explained in a manner so that I could understand the situation and what I would need to do. They answered all my questions and calmed any fears that I had. I was offered a chance to participate in a drug trial if I met the criteria. Fortunately for me I did. For the next two years I had monthly visits. Elisabeth tested my eyes. Allison would administer eye drops and do mounds of paperwork to manage my case in the study. Dr. Parihar with Tracy’s assistance would do my eye injections. The first few times were scary but the staff always helped me to relax. The final two years of the study I would have injections every two months. Over those four years other staff members would be involved in my case. Joanne would do scans and Danny would help with injections. Elizabeth remained a constant and I was always grateful for her care. She would be the first staff member to care for me each visit and she is a warm and caring person. Raymond and Joanne put me at ease during the scans. They were always friendly and would always greet me when the saw me waiting in the halls. Tracy and Dr. Parihar took the fear out of my injections. That part of the visit almost became the easiest. Dr Hershberger was there for all my visits. Checking my eyes, reviewing my scans and making sure all the endless paper work was correct. She kept me informed of my progress after every visit and because of her, the staff, and the studies she is dedicated to, my vision has improved immensely. I am very grateful to Dr. Hershberger, Dr Parihar, Yvonne, Elizabeth, Raymond, Joanne, Tracy, Danny, Erin, Allison and all the other staff members who took such good care of me during these past for years.

Wonderful store that is always well organized and very clean. Amazing customer service. Search the mail to find and use coupons. Large selection of name brand frames at great prices. Rayban and Oakley sunglasses are available, just to name a couple. Security cameras visable. Dr. Kevin is wonderful. Glasses or contacts usually take about 2 weeks to arrive. Parking is limited because of neighboring businesses, but no ♿️ handicap parking is available near the store.

The staff is professional and the Doctor did amazing.i cleared my day specifically for this appointment, I was there for 2 hours and I have no regrets about the wait time. There were many other patients complaining about the wait but I would rather wait the two hours for 5 star service than to have a doctor who is in a rush, rush my procedure. They are doing the best that they can with he influx of patients that they have. I appreciate the service that I was provided with and will patronize again. In a very tense environment, they were peaceful and did not take the frustrations out on the clients.

Everyone was super helpful and very nice. Toni and Dr. Jim did a great job giving my son and myself an eye exam. They were laid back and made things feel very casual. Nadia and Stephanie were great helping me get my glasses ordered and kept my son occupied chit-chatting with him. Will definitely be going back next time we need exams or glasses.
